I thought it was okay. I have never tried poetry, so I don't think it would be fair to, like, yell at you. XD

Fall isn't very good IMO. I can understand it feeling like a random splurt of words. The rhythm's mostly off, and although you have your rhyme scheme right, the poem feels a bit cramped to me (though that might be just me, considering I always write stuff over 20 lines).
Your content is alright, but the way you execute it isn't very good.
Oh, right, a rating. Erm, 2.
