~ October 5, 2020 ~

Mail-in ballots have been handed out to voters who requested them.
The Multiverse League announces that all real world elections are cancelled.
Sanae Kochiya criticizes Homer for cancelling debates to hide his stupidity. Homer did not respond. She also accuses the league of trying to cover up Corona-Chan's existence from the real world.

Mail-in ballots are accepted from today until November 10.

Polls Close: 9:00 PM

Wise Old Man: Millions of people mailed in their ballots from October 15 to today. Now all of the polls have closed. Some people had to wait 6 hours in line to vote.

Since we have so many people, the election has been extended for a whole week. People have 1 week to come in and vote!

King Roald: Some minor protests but nothing too serious. The voting seems to be running smoothly.

Wise Old Man: The real world has no representation for now, so all of the delegates and seats associated with the real world have been removed. Maybe they're trying to cover up Corona-Chan, who knows? It's a legitimate question. Also, there's something really off about the exit poll. I find the numbers really hard to believe.

King Roald: We'll just have to wait and see, honestly. It'll take a while to count up the lovely votes.

Wise Old Man: Since there are 1,507 delegates available, the magic number is brought down to 754. Get this number or higher, and you are the president.

King Roald: To avoid anxiety, only the final results will be released. We will not have numbers going up in real time. Since Sanae represents conservatives, her colour is red. Homer's colour is blue to represent the liberals.

Wise Old Man: Since the Conservative-Republicans have the president, House, and Senate, they own all three major branches of the government, so it's called a Conservative-Republican Trifecta.

The exit poll was wrong on all counts. We should point out that Homer is not a good candidate. He barely campaigned, so he only won multiverses that were going to vote Democrat anyway. He was not smart, and anyone could see that. Empress Long Cheng wants to bring back the monarchy and control everyone. She is not a good person, and most Chinese people understand that.

King Roald: We know a lot of people don't like anime or video games. But Homer is far worse than cringy anime. So a lot of people held their noses and voted for Sanae.

Wise Old Man: Also, about 15% of Santa Claus supporters came out to vote for Sanae. They want to punish the Democrats for rigging the election against Santa. As for Santa, he can't sue the Democrats since there's no evidence that anything has been rigged. I think the Democrats destroyed the evidence before there was an investigation.

King Roald: It's a whole new world now. A lot of new villains will pop up, but a lot of new heroes will emerge to stop them. The world will never be perfect, but that's part of the fun.

Major protests broke out in the Democrat multiverses over the results of this election. Since the margin of victory is about 17.2% on the popular vote, there is no reason to do a recount. Democrats tried to demand a full recount, but the Multiverse League rejected their demands.

Protestors: SANAE IS NOT OUR PRESIDENT!!!

Protestors: IMPEACH ANIME! IMPEACH TOUHOU! IMPEACH CONSERVATIVES!

Protestors: NO BORDERS! NO WALLS! NO UNIVERSES AT ALL!

The Multiverse League had to have an emergency meeting.

Deadpool: These are the biggest protests in the history of all existence.

Lex: There's not much I can do about it. I would just make things worse.

Green Lantern: Where is Homer? Seriously, this is his crowd. Take some responsibility!

The protests raged on through Christmas and the New Year.

Since Sanae is a woman, many Democrats went against the protestors.

Democrat: You wanted a woman president! You got one! She's way better than Homer!

Protestor: Sanae is fascist garbage. She is basically a man!

Many characters felt inspired after watching this drama unfold.

The protests finally end a few days after.

The new age officially begins with her first day in office.
It is a bright sunny day. Sanae Kochiya looks outside the window with eyes full of hope.
Of course, the threat of chaos coming back will always be in the back of everyone's minds.
But for now, everyone enjoys a relative sense of calm peace.
