(Hello!) Welcome to the Chinese Language Debate! 4 candidates have qualified after scoring 80% or more on the Chinese Language Exam! Welcome!!!

This is the only time where the candidates from all sides can come together to debate face-to-face. We want to reach out to the Chinese people who might not understand the English language debates, so we set up this special debate just for you!

We will follow the same format as the English language debates, and we will include the debate on the impeachment trial. As a rule, you are not allowed to say anything that you have not already said in the English debates. You are not expected to repeat what you said word for word, but you are expected to repeat the general ideas.

I will have to give you the questions in Chinese. You must respond in Chinese. If you speak English, you will skip your next turn. If you speak English 3 times, you will be taken off the stage. English translations for the things we say will be provided on the screen.

It is a joke. It is a false accusation.

But you must agree that there are bad men within the community.

Every community has bad people. Why blame anime for all evils?

Lex: Look, I don't care about this virus. It's just a normal virus.

Chairman: I've heard that it's spreading rapidly. Rick and Morty seem convinced that it is the end of the real world. They wouldn't joke about something like this. An emergency meeting has been scheduled after the impeachment vote.

Lex: I seriously don't care. What are you doing about that vote?

Chairman: I have a last minute play that will turn the tables around. They won't know what hit them until it's too late.

Lex: Then do it.

Chairman: Lex, even if this doesn't go, perhaps we can use this virus to our advantage. Even if it turns out to be a nothing burger. It's the perception that counts. The fear of this virus could be more than enough to shut down anime and Touhou.

Lex: First, let's see how the Senate votes. If that fails, we'll consider that our Plan Z.

Judge: One major change to the rules. We are dropping the 67 vote requirement for impeachment. I repeat. You do not need 67 votes to impeach anime and video games.

Instead, you just need a majority of 51 votes or more.

If it ends up being a 50-50 tie, then the Multiverse League itself will have to step in and make a final decision. The Conservative-Republican Committee and the Democratic-Liberal Committee will work together to make the final decision.

There is no option to abstain this time. You must vote either "Yes" to impeach or "No" to not impeach. Are we clear?

Guthix: What happened to the 67 vote rule!?! Why did you change it?!?!

Judge: I did not make this up. This rule change was passed down from the Multiverse League itself. I do not know why they would change the rules, but we must follow them.

Guthix: THIS IS CHEATING! THE ESTABLISHMENT-

Judge: If you continue to be disruptive, you will lose your vote and your paycheque.

Thanos and Darkseid smirk at Guthix.

Misaka: If the vote is tied, we'll lose. The establishment will obviously impeach us.

Guthix: We have to win now. There is no choice.

Security Guard: We've managed to calm them down.

Hank Hill: Wait! Before we vote, can I make one comment?

Hank Hill: I am Hank Hill, a proud conservative. These debates really moved my heart. I honestly cannot stand here and say to my children that I supported something as corrupt as anime and video games. I need to stand up for my traditional moral values. I need to stand for human decency. This is a hard decision. I was sweating over it last night.

But my heart is clear. I will vote to impeach anime on Article I.

Judge: What about Article II?

Hank Hill: I don't think they're trying to cover it up. So I have to say "No" on Article II. There's not enough evidence for that second one, in my opinion.

Natsumi: We could've not allowed Hank Hill to impeach us. We should've convinced him that they are telling lies.

Guthix: Look, let's not blame anyone. We had absolutely no idea Hank Hill would turn the other way. I mean, no one told us about their vote beforehand.

Natsumi: They don't have to! If we have the truth, we should prevail! But obviously, he thinks we're the liars!

Guthix: If he thought we were liars, he would've voted to impeach on Article II. I think he's just concerned about his morals. He cannot ignore the possibility of anime turning someone out there into a toxic male. He's just concerned about anime's effect on society. That's it. It's nothing personal against us.

Natsumi: But if he turns out to be the 51st vote...

Mario:...Then it doesn't matter. The result is the same. They win. We die.

Natsumi: The only way for us to survive is to be innocent on both articles. If even one of these articles passes, we are dead.

I just want to thank all the volunteers who made this possible. It was not easy, but we got it done. I thank the judge for managing this entire trial from start to finish. I thank you all for coming out to make your voice heard.

For better or for worse, anime and video games will not be impeached. They will not be banned. No action will be taken against them or their fans. One can wonder what this means for the future...

But for now, let's go home and get some rest. I know you're all tired.

For the last time and hopefully I won't have to do this again in a long time...
