Currency
Unless otherwise specified by your class, you begin the role-play with one hundred coppers, six bronzes, and three irons.
The terms copper, bronze, iron, silver and gold also refer to coins of said material.
One copper is equal to one US dollar.
One bronze is equal to five US dollars.
One iron is equal to twenty US dollars.
A hundred coppers, or twenty bronzes, or five irons, are equal to one silver, so one silver equals a hundred US dollars.
A hundred silvers are equal to one gold, so one gold is worth ten thousand US dollars.
Whenever you buy items, we use the real world's value of replica weapons and armour to assess prices.
Be warned: some merchants may try to trick you. Oppositely, you may be able to trick merchants.
Feats
Each player character starts with up to ten Feats. Up to three Feats can be active at once, but Feats that 'last turns' are temporary, and once reach the end of their duration, become unusable until the next chapter.
Some Feats consist of using a bomb, throwing weapon, trap, special arrow, or casting dangerous magic. These Feats can only be used once per chapter, or until you find appropriate items that allow you to reuse them.
To use Feats, simply mention which Feats are active at the start of your post, or describe which Feats are utilized during your writing to be more specific. Feats can be used in conjunction with tactics or combos to increase your character's effectiveness.
Sometimes, opposing heroes will have active Feats that interfere or contradict each other. If this happens, they may cancel each other out. Feats can be stacked, and if this occurs, whoever has the higher tier of a quality will be more likely to succeed.
Feats and quotes that work against enemies may also be used to intimidate or help non-combatants and NPCs for a variety of purposes.
Magic-based Classes can use their default type of magic as often as they like.
