Lurden's mec* did not actually have the clearance to get out of the Airlock. He drove the mech at full speed and crashed through the small archway, and making a massive hole where the archway had once been. The hole left wires hanging and sparks coming out of the wires were streaming out, like a waterfall. Lurden was immediately confronted by human infantry, who were hiding behind techno barriers.

Lurden fired his plasma machinegun overwhelmed the techno barriers (eventually), and turned all but two humans into piles of goo. The humans ran to a better defense point, dodging rockets. The hid in the men's latrine, which was a pretty good choke point that they thought they could hold up until the point where they remembered that the mech had rockets. Running out of the latrine, and barely missing being cut in half by lasers they hid behind a wall, and spammed Infa-red grenades. These grenades fell short of their target, though they managed to overheat one machinegun.

Behind this wall, the two humans ran out of luck, and they were overrun by DIGDERT (Stands for Digs Into the Ground and Destroys the Enemy Resistance Thoroughly) Mechs, medium sized mechs that look like spiders. They chew holes into metallic ground, place charges underneath the feet of their targets and blow the enemy to smithereens. They are equipped with technology that allows them to pinpoint where enemy resistance in most heavily concentrated. From here, DIGDERT mechs focus on destroying the most concentrated areas of human resistance. They, however are the bombs themselves and so, the explosion kills the mec*. When all was said and done, Lurden made his way to the captain's quarters to fetch the captain, who like all captains on human ships, have all of the pass words stored on an updated USB Drive. This is a fairly old technology, built during the early part of the century, or perhaps slightly before to store data. This one is, however updated, USB's now can store trillions of gigs, in a chip the size of one of the sprinkles that humans used to put on their children's birthday cake, prior to them being banned worldwide after it was discovered that the sprinkles may cause cancer. Of course almost all known human cancers were cured in 2470, but still sprinkles remain banned, to the dismay of absolutely nobody.

Other human diseases that have been cured include AIDS (cured in 2231 with the help of the Slorians), Alzheimers, (cured in 2244 with the help of the Slorians) Multiple Sclorosis (MS) (cured in 2245, with the help of the Slorians) Autism (all kinds) (Cured in 2246 with the help of the Slorians), Gonorrhea (2247,Christmas day, with the help of the Slorians.) And many others. The 2240s were a golden era of cures for a variety of human diseases. But we were talking about that sprinkle chip USB porter device, which also features a pass word, courtesy of the Alliance military brass, stationed in London on Planet Earth.

Lurden found the captain dead. A DIGDERT Mecha had blown him to smithereens, and his blood was everywhere, and his intestines were near the latrine but the sprinkle chip survived, due to its hardy design. It only took Lurden a few minutes to figure out the pass word on the chip, and he typed it in on the ship mainframe and opened every door on the ship, sending most of the remaining defenders into space without their suits, only two remained, they wisely chose to surrender, Lurden had the two load his ship with Medifizz, Credits ("Creds" for short), and military hardware.

That raid was Lurden's bloodiest, yet most successful raid of Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

His career. The next few raids proved disastrous, and brought to Lurden a bitter resentment for life. All his crewmembers-except for him- died on that frigate, when the Humans blew up the frigate with an ICBM, modified to go into space. Lurden got out of the frigate barely and he escaped via escape pod back to Tuvega. The next raids saw him desert from the Ikrian Military entirely for a safer venture.

A video diary entry that Lurden entered years ago said, "I go about life with a smile, but it is a fake smile. The smile is a worthless attempt to pretend that everything is fine." Lurden drifted about aimlessly until his ship was raided by space pirates, and he was forced to join the crew, That ship had no real loot, It was a cargo ship that distributed mainly flour to Earth and Mars. Flour has steadily gone up in price; to the point where it is now a valuable commodity everywhere. Human bakeries have enormous difficulty getting the stuff past the Ikrian blockades. But this was before that time came to be. This brings me back to Medifizz.

Medifizz is a Soda drink that heals the person who drinks it. It closes wounds, like bullet holes very quickly if poured on the wound, or if swallowed. It is very bitter, however. nobody actually likes it, but it is a necessity for military operations, particularly ones where there is a savage firefight. Invented by Humanity, in 2307, it has become the single most sought after drink. Pirates have gone after shipments before, and the ones on Venture Sigma have a stash of it on the Pirate Queen, Galbora's dreadnaught, which cannot land on the planet, due to how massive it is. This dreadnaught is so massive, that it dwarfs Nakriid, the planet below. Now, you may be asking how a pirate came into possession of such a ship. Galbora stole it from the Slorian military, about 20 years ago, It was a major crime, and by stealing it she became a legend among space pirates. Galbora became the Pirate Queen about 10 years ago. Andin order for a pirate to do business in her region of space, the signing of a blood oath is required, The pirate takes a sabre and cuts the tip of his index finger, and uses the blood as ink to sign a contract that he/she acknowledges her authority and will fight for her in return for the right to plunder in her area of space.

Galbora is a very ill tempered, and violent woman, even for a Slorian Matriarch. She has made it a habit to shoot Alliance vessels out of space with her dreadnaught's particle beam weapon. again, we are getting off track. We were talking about Lurden, and how he was sun bathing in the harsh Venture Sigma heat, in this alcohol soaked, vomit drenched, filthy cesspool that wreaked of Space ship fuel. Lurden had a few things to do aboard the Edgewalker, the ship that he captained.

First off he had to see if the EMP cannons still worked If they didn't, they needed cleaning. The Edgewalker is a fairly old vessel, but is has been refurbished and re-commissioned several times. It has a nasty habit of breaking down. by contrast the Blackbird is slightly newer, a marvel of the human engineering of 20 years ago, its engine is extremely loud, which is why it is called the Blackbird (Black birds are extremely loud birds). Both Ships are in need of refurbishments, repairs, and upgrades. The Edgewalker is bigger than, and has more armor than the Blackbird. It also has more damaging weapons. While the Blackbird is faster and stealthier. The Edgewalker has better shields, whilst the Blackbird is more agile, The Edgewalker has more armor, whilst the Blackbird relies on stealth to evade radar Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

Lurden left his patio and into his house. In his house, the layout was that of an upside down cross, This house was fairly small, it was only big enough for two people but Lurden lived alone. The right side of this cross held the furniture, the right side held the small *V, which was kept on a TV stand that was C-wedged in shape, on this C Wedge TV stand were all the movies, games, X-rated films that one could buy. Filled on the walls and everywhere else, except the elevator in the center was row, upon row of clutter and junk, memorabilia of anime from the late 1990's; and on the glass table in between the couch and the TV were beer cans and beer bottles scattered everywhere.

Lurden called the elevator and pressed the ground floor button when inside. "Good day, Lurden" said a computerized voice. "Submit DNA in order to go down," upon which, Lurden submitted a part of his slimy, foul smelling membrane to the computer. "DNA submitted. Ground floor in 17 seconds. 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, ten, nine" the computerized voice counted down "five, four, three, two, one... DING, EXIT THE ELEVATOR, ****FACE! Thank you and have a nice day!"

Lurden exited the Elevator and went outside, bac into the heat went into a lobby, where a weird creature that resembled a giant humanoid hermit crab sat. " Which floor," he asked. "Fifth," ordered Lurden. the humanoid hermit crab pressed a button and the entire lobby sprung up to the fifth floor, where the Edgewalker and the Blackbird sit. Lurden entered from the cargo bay at the side of the ship, where an inclined ramp opened at the side. From here he walked straight ahead and entered the Elevator and headed up to the Weapons Bay. Upon entering the elevator, he was greeted by another computerized voice. "Greetings, Lurden" it said "Submit DNA, to go up, or down" Lurden submitted his fingerprints. "Weapons bay, fifth floor in 12 seconds. 12, 11, 10, nine, eight Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!

"Override complete, welcome, Lurden, Said SARAi, which stands for Ship Automated Repair Artificial Intelligence. "Thrusters need tune up, One EMP Cannon needs to be repaired. "SOAA can you take care of it? "Why don't you have me do it," asked SARAi "Because you asked me to give a DNA Sample, I had to give four today, the last one being when I entered the ship," barked Lurden! Short History of Character: Sheldus is a paranoid veteran of the Apocalyptic civil war that nearly destroyed his race. During the war, he was a commandant for a death camp, where He oversaw the killing of Rebels. He often tells in his incorrect and broken English how he oversaw the killing 26 of his brothers and 94 of his sisters in that war, and how he hears them talk to him in his dreams. The trauma, coupled with the guilt of being the overseeing of his siblings has turned this guy into a lunatic. When the war ended, he was to be tried as a war criminal, but he escaped with a crew of Space Pirates, which who were looking for recruits, and ended up joining the crew, which landed on Nakriid. During a drunken stupor, he shredded a man in half with biotics, which was how he learned that he was a biotic.

(Ikrian vehicles use a Dark matter fusion core which means that they can run on no fuel)

Charger: (Ikrian) This is a large Turret which fires a massive particle beam weapon. Very feared, since they can take out dreadnaughts with ease. Once fired, it takes forever to reload, cool down, and reset itself to fire again.

Life-ender: (Ikrian) This is a hover car that shoots a beam that extremely rapidly accelerates the aging process of life forms to the point in which they die. Very insidious.

Mass accelerator: This is essentially a reverse tractor beam, that hurls metallic junk at close to light speed at enemy vehicles, and spacecraft and. A simple paint chip can be used to devastating effect at this speed, as such, anything can be used as ammunition. Just your friendly neighborhood gay boy!
