Hmm... I see what you mean about the end being anticlimactic. I'm kind of a straight foreward thinker so plot twists are not my strong suit. I'll work on them more in the future.
Who knows, maybe I'll surprise you in my entry

I like surprises - so that might be a good thing to work out.
Of course, it not being surprising might also surprise me. And the contest specifically focus's on description, plot is only 2/9ths of the score.
So while it'd be good to have a high score in that, don't sacrifice descriptive ability for it. Because that's almost 1/2 of the score.

I'm working on an entry. Still trying to formulate an idea though. I want a good plot, but description is the focus of this contest, so I'm kinda iffy on some of the ideas I've had.
