Greetings, everyone.
I apologise for the disturbance, especially as this is not quite an application...
However, my good friend A Wh1te Wolf asked me to post here the quick find code for a story of mine when I requested constructive criticisms.
After an embarrassing mishap involving posting on the completely wrong thread, I have finally found my way to this one.
I warn you, this is a shockingly awful story, but I would sincerely appreciate whatever constructive criticisms you, as a guild of talented authors, can provide.
I write occasionally as a hobby, and this story simply came flowing out of my pen one day without any warning.
The fact that it was not pre-planned in any way may contribute to its poor quality.

If you find the fact that I have posted this to be objectionable, despite A Wh1te Wolf's permission, I shall be glad to remove the contents of my message.

Thanks for posting. I'll do my best to give it a look-through for some advice or praise if you're doing things right. My schedule is pretty crammed right now, so your patience is much appreciated.
Cannednoob, as Chuk said, your application story has to be written specifically for this guild. You can't go pick and choose through things you've already written or are writing for other purposes, because others have probably helped you edit it and proofread it, and that would defeat the purpose.

Alright, I've got something cooked up. Hopefully it'll be finished sometime in the coming days (definitely not tomorrow, I'm planning on taking my time on this one).
Thanks for the help, by the way Chuk, with the description. I remember Wolfeh saying something about taking a single event (instead of an entire battle) and making it into something extraordinary.
