Hello there!
I'm Miles Letum, and I hope you like this story :)

Mark Gerhard -- The Shy-ish CEO of Jagex, Mark is shocked to find out that the update his team had been working on for the past few months was uploaded to the game without his knowing.
Andrew Gower -- Creater of RuneScape, Andrew was a supporter of the new content.
Paul Gower -- Co-creater of RuneScape, Paul was skeptical about Mark's new content.
Timbo -- A hot-headed Jagex employee, Timbo always wants to do whats best for the game; when he finds out a huge update took place without anyone knowing, he is furious.
Emilee -- Emilee, who is Timbo's opposite, is usually the one to calm him down; she sits in the cubicle next to his, and has avid conversations with him.
Mark H -- A high-up employee of Jagex, Mark H has been assigned to watch Paul and Andrew to figure out which of them uploaded the new content and why.
Poppy -- A coder at Jagex Studious, Poppy has been targeted by an in-game character that was previously unknown to Jagex completely.
Mike Jones -- A typical American teenager, Mike is a big fan of RuneScape and an amateur coder. He wants to know the real reason behind the super-update that took place without warning.
Courtney -- Mike's best friend, Courtney is an owner of a well-known Level 3 Skiller account - Lvl3 4eva.
7Joker77 -- A great in-game friend of Mike's, Joker has an even stronger account than Mike does; in the new updated version of RuneScape, Joker and Mike frequently team up to reap the rewards of the new system.
YouKnowIt -- A skiller that is in the High Council, YouKnowIt usually looks at things from an economic and domestic standpoint.
The Zaros Program -- Uploaded to the game engine at the same time as the "Update to End All Updates", it is the mastermind behind the NPCs, and has the ability to alter game coding.

Start - Log In/Out
Select - Teleport (Provided Tele-Tab or pre-set Teleport Runes are in Inventory)
Analog Sticks - Movement
X Button - Jump
Circle Button - Drop Chinchompa with 5 Second Fuse (Provided Chinchompas are in Inventory)
Triangle Button - Throw Chinchompa (Provided Chinchompas are in Inventory)
Square Button - Engage Special Attack (Provided Held Weapon has one)
R1 - Attack (With held weapon)
L2 - Cycle Through Available Weapons
R2 - Cycle Through Sets of Available Armor
L1 - Use Pre-set Magic Attack (Provided needed runes are in Inventory)
R3 - Zoom / Scope
L3 - Engage Sprint
D-Pad Left - Eat food (Provided Food is in inventory)
D-Pad Up - Use Combat Boosting Potions (Provided there some in Inventory)
D-Pad Right - Use Non-Combat Boosting Potions (Provided there are some in Inventory)
D-Pad Down - Kneel Down
