CHARACTERS:
There are many people in and outside of Bay City that will be important to this story. Consider this to be a list of the “NPCs”
THE WOMAN IN WHITE: This woman would be considered mysterious if it weren’t for the fact that she’s been a fixture in Bay City as long as anyone can recall. She lives in a strange house on the edge of the city, and monitors the stars that fall north of town, calling on residents of the town to gather crystals from the Crystal Valley for her whenever a new one falls. Her reasons and motives are never discussed, but her kind demeanor distracts from her elusive way of avoiding discussing them.
She’s a tall, beautiful woman with large blonde hair, and a heavy white dress. Though she appears to be no older than thirty, she must actually be very old.
ALDEBARAN: Two years ago, Aldebaran was called on by the Woman in White for a Wake. She gave him a fallen star, and presumably she sent him to the Crystal Valley. Unlike all of the others however, Aldebaran never returned. His fate is still a mystery, but a mostly forgotten one.
