Lebbeh:
I am humbled to have the opportunity to be at this final vote, and first I’d extend a congratulation to both Aeraie and Snow for getting to the end as well. Now, onto the tougher stuff:
Why should you vote for me?
If you take this vote from the standpoint that this is indeed a writing contest, than one only has to look at the point score to see that I have, as judged by Mitch, written the strongest entries in this contest. That’s not to say I am the better writer, but rather that my entries provided for the five rounds have been consistently higher placing. To remove bias from outside influence, this alone, I believe, is a fairly straightforward reason as to why I should receive your votes.
I have also received no votes for elimination in previous rounds, though much of this may be the response of three out of a possible four immunities. Regardless, I believe it is something to take note of.
Had the circumstances been different, I would try to accentuate the fact that I have entered every round, thus exemplary for my thirst to win this contest. So too have the other finalists, though, so rather I will make acknowledgement of this with an umbrella.
I believe I have played fairly. At the end of the fourth round, I found myself in possession of both hidden immunities. In this circumstance, I decided that I would have no choice but to immunise Aeraie due to the fact that she had written an entry for that round. To make a direct address to Mors, it had crossed my mind to immunise you as a close friend, but it would not be as fair. This is conclusive evidence that proves the opening statement.
It really comes down to what you define the winner of a writing contest to be. If you were to factor writing success, attitude and approach into this definition, then I believe you’d be making the right choice in voting me in this deciding vote.
It is an interesting position; at last I find myself at YOUR mercy. I ask you to please consider carefully.
