THE UNKNOWN (always all capital): The mazoku name for their ultimate God, said to be omnipotent, omniscient, and far above all comprehension (hence 'unknown'.)

Prantiqeth: These were actually mentioned before(see page 24 Author's Note, this thread), as were forema, real names and blood brothers. Unfortunately, I made a minor plot change shortly after introducing them which made it hard for me to put them in.

Gessent: The public name of Lior's Blood Brother, (introduced, although not named in the page 24 add.)

Fragment: A consolidation of a person's thoughts and personality, although without a will, or any real power. Often used to convey knowledge. Originally invented in Folkvangr, but copied shortly thereafter by certain people in Niflheim.

Malakim (Sing. Malak): Pure spirits, that are sacred and directly oppose demons. There are split into three "spheres" with the third sphere being the weakest, and the first being the strongest. These spheres are in turn split into three ranks each, with the third rank being the weakest within a sphere, and the first being the strongest.

Malakim of the third sphere often deal with mortals, cities, and nations. Malakim of the second sphere concern themselves with the natural world, particularly the upholding of physical laws and maintainence of nature. Finally, the first sphere normally remains within an area referred by those who study them as "the inner kingdom."

To summon a Malak of the first sphere, the summoner must have gained permission to do so (how this is obtained is unknown except by those who have gained it.) And must fulfill a "sacrifice" while the Malak of the first sphere is in the world. The sacrifice is often heavier for a stronger Malak. Quite interesting, the battle seemed a little less epic than I thought it would but that's just how it is. Haha(sarcastic laugh) about the Orcris ****phobic scene. Some interesting new developments, including that fact that the stone appears to be complete indestructible.

Incidentally, holocrons were remarkably difficult to find a solid definition for, took me a whole 5 minutes, as opposed to my usual 30 seconds.

Maybe if I were to consider the Star Wars Universe as part of my stories' expanded cosmos, I could claim the people of Folkvangr passed on the knowledge of creating them to the Rakata.

And about Orcris' little reaction... I couldn't resist, reminded me too much of a certain event on another forum. ;)

Seemed especially amusing to me, since Liam's personality is heavily based on the person that accidentally caused the aforementioned event by not shutting up when he ought to have known better.

My god, I can't stand this. I cannot stop laughing. I'm just imagining reactions from things, big, small things. It takes alot of restraint, but I'm content with what I know. I'm sure Aqua apreciates your enjoyment of the story. It is a good story. It will be done soon. And what are all these hints about something somewhere else, Liam, and an incident?

Mr Mcmrs, I'm glad you like the story, however, regarding your other comments; as of this post, I have not (at least within the story) stated any of my character's se(c)*ual orientation. Perhaps you misunderstood; Liam is an incubus, he feeds off of other people's life force by kissing them. Considering he has a fiance (who is female) it is quite possible he is straight, however, a starving man would eat a rat, and a straight, but starving incubus would kiss a guy in order to feed. Likewise, a starving 'gay incubus would kiss a girl to feed.

I am also a bit confused about what you mean by "'gay people are wrong" Do you mean for example, that a 'gay guy is mistaken every time he thinks he likes a guy? Or do you mean a guy shouldn't be attracted to another guy, and that there is something wrong with him if he is? Or perhaps something else? Please clarify.

Well, let us assume, for the sake of argument, that 'gay people are 'wrong' (whatever definition you have for that word in this context.) I have some bad news for you; they are here (in the world, not necessarily in my story) for the foreseeable future. Ignoring something you believe to be wrong will not change that thing. If there is a problem, you should learn more about it, and if necessary, attempt to find a solution, not pretend it doesn't exist.

Also, who are 'we'? Only you have complained so far.

Finally, barring a demand from a J-Mod, or a forum mod, I am NOT changing my story, and I doubt such a mandate will be issued, as I have neither explicitly stated anything about that matter in the story, nor have I presented a clear cut belief (i.e. anti-'gay, pro-'gay) on the issue.

I hope this satisfies your concerns, if not, I will be happy to talk to you in-game and try to allay any fears/concerns you have. If after all that, you still find yourself "creeped out" or the like by my story, and that the supposed hints at 'gayness within mar the reading experience, you are welcome to stop reading. Oh, and incidentally, Jagex has forbidden political discussions on their forums. As such, I humbly ask that my stories not turn into a debating ground about 'gay issues. My previous post was only a defense of my story, and a providing of explanations.

Should you wish to debate these matters, you are welcome to do it on another forum, or, if I remember the rules correctly, on game. (At least via private chat.) If you want to debate the issue with me, I will happily talk to you on game. (Although, I don't think anyone other than Orcris knows my exact stance on this issue, so I do wonder how such a debate would go.)
