Akak: Yes, you are allowed to submit bios, in fact I invited you to do so right before the last add (I'm guessing you missed it.)

To be honest, I forget Daefon's bio... if you want you could resubmit it. Also, Akak, if you want to submit a bio, feel free to.
Well, an add is coming, and after that, a really long explanation about the add. Then... I'll either go to the class that I have in 3 hours, and have an exam in on Tuesday (for which I am not prepared) OR I will go to sleep so I am rested for the exam I have in 8 hours. Ah, choice of evils.

Now in answer to Age's questions:
1) The Prantiqeth are not all good, there have been incidents when single members or even whole communities have performed evil deeds. Lior's blood brother alludes to these incidents when reminding Lior that the council would forbid direct intervention due to what happened at "Atlantis, Muu, Ys, and Vineta" (three legendary cities that according to Prantiqeth lore were destroyed by "divine wrath" due to the things that the inhabiting Prantiqeth did. {Whether "divine wrath" literally means a god got involved or is meant to mean that other Prantiqeth "acting on behalf of the gods" destroyed these cities is open to debate.})
In addition, while they would not necessarily be called "counter-parts" to the Prantiqeth, there are a number of enlightened races, some of which believe that they should rule over the much weaker peri, as masters of the universe.
2) Prantiqeth do not become demons; although more powerful than most mortals, still either become Holies, Bounded, or Viles after death (I will explain these terms further if someone want me to.) As mentioned before demons are immortal, and have never experienced life as mortals. (Incidentally, one set of writings said to be made by a demon that Brona Rhyn has refers to the experience of being mortal as "that abominable advantage of the Enemy. What is meant by that is anyone's guess. "He appears in the Form of a Man with many Countenances; and he hath a Book in his right hand. His Office is to teach all Arts and Sciences unto any; and to declare the Secret Counsel of any one."
