Even though you don't have a reputation as big as Xen's or some of us oldies, you still do have a good reputation and there are writers that look up to you. Also, your writing has become quite good, and I do enjoy it. I used to frown upon your writing when you first started, and now I think "Wow, this is actually really good!" Your writing has improved faster in a shorter amount of time than anyone I know. I've been here four years for my writing to improve to the state it's at. You've been here for one, and you've already surpassed many writers who have been here for longer. Seriously, don't underestimate what I'm saying, as it's very rare that I give compliments such as this. I think I've only ever done it once before this.
Don't let rude comments by people bother you, because they aren't true.
