"I'm sorry, man! Why don't you blame Veronica! She scrambled all my thoughts!" Beraw got back on his feet, and backed away from Levantris, as he looked ready to hit Beraw with another punch.
"I don't believe this. I seriously do *not* believe this. You know what? If you want to see the light of tomorrow, you'll slay any Phoenix gang members that you see or any Jipalar guards. At least there'll still be something left for us if the Phoenixes are all burnt away. Since you seem to know where everything is in this place, where's a place that we can use to get something to store our goods?" Levantris walked up to him, his rage lessened from when he had punched Beraw.
"Easy. It's where the entrance/exit to this place is. Where all the portals are and stuff. You know, to the major cities: Varrock, Falador, Ardougne, Camelot... but before you kill me, those are one-way portals, not two-way ones. Those portals will put you in the center of each of those towns. It's also where the guards' quarters are. Full of sacks and things like that. But, I'm probably wasting your precious time talking about it. C'mon, I know where it is..." Beraw ran off towards the back of the room.
"You better be sure about this, or else I'll kill you myself. I don't care if you *are* the Bear of the North, you'll still fall to me." Levantris glared at the back of Beraw's faded black hair as he followed him.
"I swear it! I know this place front to back and all around!"
Sonia, going down her chosen path, was walking down rather than running. She hadn't mastered the graceful art of running in complete silence, so she had to resort to walking. She was walking through the dimly lit steel hallway, that was free of any kind of corrosion whatsoever, until she saw a room that was completely lit, as if that was one of the only rooms with lights in the entire warehouse.
She became cautious though, like Levantris had said: She didn't want to end up dead, after all.

Sonia moved slowly towards the room and peeked inside while keeping most of her body out of sight, making sure that she wasn't seen by whoever was in there. She saw that balls of flame were hanging in midair by themselves, and that the wooden crates in the room had already been shattered to bits by whoever was in there.
"Hm! You can't resist this, little one!" an old man's voice could be heard from inside the room, and then the sound of a magic spell, being fired from Runes and then a scattering of what sounded like rocks everywhere. Sonia wanted to look inside further and see what exactly was going on, but she knew once she heard the sound of a scream from the sound of the spell making contact with its target.
"That is just *too* easy. Where is that leader that I've been searching for...? Maybe he will provide a decent challenge for me, if any at all! Ha ha!" the old man cackled heartily, as if he was bloodthirsty for the deaths of the Black Arms. Which, if she heard right, would mean Levantris and her. She decided to run off, as silently as she could so that her steps wouldn't be heard by the old mage, as he seemed like a tough opponent; Sonia wasn't any match for him!
She ran through the halls, back into the darkness of the unlit rooms. She noticed that a man in Rogue armor was running in and out of different rooms: obviously just one of the Black Arms. Nothing to worry about.
"Is there anyone or anything of mention out there?" she asked, looking behind her to see that there wasn't anyone there. Nothing, although she could see the light from the room where the old man had been beginning to fade out.
"No enemies. There's some heavy, clinky items in these rooms. They're not melee gear, though, and definitely not cannonballs... I can't see them, so maybe you can figure out what they are. I'm gonna go check near that lighted room, ok?"
The thief immediately darted off in the direction of the lit room before Sonia had a chance to tell him about it.

Sevan sat on the bed of the guards' chamber, probably the only *really* lit room in Jipalar Warehouse. He had seen that there was a safe with six key slots, with a number pad on it as well. He wasn't sure what it could've possibly guarded, but he was sure that it was designed to keep thieves out, just in case they *did* manage to get inside the warehouse like they had done now.
"This is boring! I kill like two Black Arm members and then Pa*uet tells me to go find the real entrance to this place and then stay there. What a night this is! I swear, if it weren't for the fact that I'm farther from Varrock than I've been in nearly an entire year, I'd pull my hair out right now!!" he shouted and then laid his back down on the large, gray, pillowy-soft bed.
The guards' quarters were fairly large: it was the size of at least four rooms in Jipalar Warehouse, and was made of steel like all the other quadrants of the confinement. The only two differences (besides the size) between this room and all the others were that this one was always lit, and that the floor was made of bricks rather than the steel that seemed to be the theme of Jipalar. It was totally quiet, and Sevan almost began to feel drowsy laying on the intoxicating softness of the bed.
"Urg. Can't fall asleep, even if it is boring down here. My *gosh*, though, this is a very well thought-out piece of architecture. Whoever built this must've been a genius! Either that, or obsessed with safety." he turned around on the bed and saw the huge, ridged door that marked the real entrance (and exit) to Jipalar Warehouse.
"Hey! Brother!" Sevan could hear Nali's voice from the edge of the room, back to where it led into the darkness.
"Nali! What's going on? How are things out there? Slay any Black Arm members?" Sevan stood up and took his bow out from its sling on his back.
"None, yet. Why would you want to *hurt* them? The rules of this game forbid any killing, or else the gang would lose its honor."

"What do you mean, *honor*?! These people are thieves! The only honor they have is decided by how many times they could pick a man's pocket!" Sevan shouted at Nali.
"Besides, that was almost the entire reason I came along for this trip! To kill some thieves! You know that if it weren't for the fact that Pa*uet made this deal, and had nearly forced me to do this because *he* thought it would teach the King a lesson, which I'm not even fully *believing* in this travesty that Pa*uet's speaking against him, and then there's--"
"Calm it, Sevan! You want the Black Arms to know where all the portals are so that they can win this easier than we can? We got lucky that Pa*uet was able to melt a hole in the wall and get us in because we couldn't find the entrance. It will probably take hours to bring in the loot and get it out *safely*. We've already lost a few of our own men and our leader in this, and I'm not talking about that incident on the road either." Nali looked behind him and then walked up to Sevan, who was walking towards Nali.
"Well, what about the rules? I thought that your 'honor' was at stake. You just told me that you've lost some men in this 'game' of yours. What's the deal?"
"Apparently the Black Arms have lost their sense of even the little nobility that they had. We will keep our honor and not strike back, even if it is considered to be a sign of weakness by the public." Nali closed his eyes and cracked his knuckles.
"I don't get it. It makes little sense to me -- thieves having honor? Nobility? The very idea boggles my mind, Nali. Oh, yes, before you start speaking again -- there's a safe over there. Looks really tough to me, but then again, you might be able to pick it. Go take a look." Sevan walked over to the safe. Nali followed him calmly, and when he got up close with the safe, his eyes widened.
"By the Sultan's throne! This actually looks like something I would take pleasure in picking!"

A grin spread across Nali's masked face, and then he reached into his belt and pulled out a long, gray, slender lockpick. He immediately inserted it into the first keyhole and began to fiddle around inside, his tongue sticking out of his mouth a little. He was like a big, red-clothed child playing with his favorite toy, giddy and carefree.
'Right, and while you're busy with that, I'll just get out of here and turn a couple more Black Arm members into pincushions...' Sevan thought, and he began to tiptoe away from Nali, but without turning his attention away from the lock, he said,
"Where are you going?" Sevan jumped and exclaimed,
"Oh, come on! Can't I leave? You're sort of keeping watch over this room, and I am *itching* to get back out into the action!"
"Sure, but you're really spoiling our fun when you kill them. I mean, it's fun to loot from high-end outposts such as this, but it's twice as fun when you have your rival gang in the same complex trying to beat you to the treasure. You can sort of understand, right?" Nali was still working on the lock, never taking his eyes off of it. Wrinkles appeared in his forehead, and his eyes narrowed. He seemed to be on the verge of opening the first lock.
"Pa*uet is probably roasting some Black Arm member right now. Is it okay for *him* to kill them, but not me? I mean, Straven even made him leader for the mission! Wouldn't that be the greatest destruction of honor, for the very *leader* to be breaking the rules?"
"Technically Pa*uet is not really the leader of the gang. The rules only extend to whoever is in the gang and-- anyways, why do you care? So we *may* have broken the rules by bringing you all in. The Black Arms probably got here by some tricky way, because it takes *days* to get here from Varrock. Just live with it, Sevan... got it! One lock down, five to go!" a click was heard from the safe.

Sevan walked towards the exit of the room, that led back into the fray of the hunt for treasure. He heard padded, heavy steps on the steel floor, that surprisingly didn't make a loud clanking or thudding noise, but a softer one, and then readied his bow with an arrow.
"Name yourself!" he shouted, as he jumped out in front of whoever the figure was. The figure was startled and then hurled a lantern at Sevan, which he dodged easily and responded by letting an arrow fly into the figure's stomach. The figure screamed in a high-pitched voice and then fell to the floor with a loud clang on the steel, still cringing on the ground.
"That was too easy, even for a thief! Is this some sort of trick...?" Sevan put another Runite arrow to his bowstring and approached the figure, and the dim light that radiated from the guards' room showed him that this figure had long, brown hair, and wasn't like the other thieves.
"Huh...? A woman thief? In the Black Arms? It can't possibly be Katrine, as she would never fall *that* easily!" Sevan kicked the woman over and she groaned, looking up at him in anguish, her eyes red and her mouth open in shock.
"Oh well! Doesn't matter if you were easy, you're still a target! Goodbye, thief!" Sevan let go of the arrow, and it whistled through the air, and made a dent in the steel where it had landed. An Adamantite knife lay next to the arrow, and it was at least five feet from the woman...
"Hey, what's wrong with you? Get it on!!" Beraw yelled as he jumped to strike Sevan, who barely had enough time to fall back on the ground and dodge his faded scimitar.
"What?!" Sevan yelled as turned to face who had thrown the knife.
"You. How did you... Never mind! Take this!" Sevan quickly put his bow away and removed one of the white, red-tipped darts from his belt, and hurled it at the wielder of the Adamantite knives. It swirled through the air in a circular motion, just like it was designed to do.

The thief got out another knife and spun it around as he gently pushed it upwards, and it caught the dart and reflected it so that it hit the steel walls and fell to the ground.
"You're good! Who are *you*?" Sevan remarked, but he soon had to pull out another dart as Beraw brought his scimitar down in a vertical arc towards Sevan. Sevan let the white dart fly towards Beraw's stomach, hurling it with all his might, but it only made a small dent in his armor and then fell to the ground.
"Beraw, Bear of the Northern Wilderness. Pleased to meet your acquaintance!" he said as he unleashed a furiously swift horizontal slash aimed at Sevan's head. Sevan barely managed to get under it, and the slash cut off some of his hair in the process.
"Ack!" Sevan spun to the left and pushed himself against the wall, while the thief said,
"It would be unfair if we didn't give you a sporting chance, ranger. I'm going to go see what you've left open for me in the guards' room..." the thief rushed towards Sevan and Beraw.
"But then again, I wouldn't be the leader of the Black Arms if I didn't leave you with a harmful little present, eh?" Levantris took out another knife and forced it through Sevan's dragonhide armor, until it pierced his skin and made him cringe. Blood leaked from the wound and turned the black hide burgundy, and then Levantris ran off to get Sonia while Beraw dealt with Sevan.
"You fiend!"
"Shut up, you!" Beraw took his scimitar and thrust it at Sevan's stomach, in which Sevan tried to dodge by jumping to the left, but the nearly gray blade managed to pierce Sevan's side, tearing the dragonhide and opening a small cut.
"Well, how about this?!" Sevan took out a throwing knife made out of Runite and aimed for Beraw's leg, which caught square into the armor and made a huge dent in it, but Beraw took no damage from it.

"Forget it!" Beraw screamed, spit flying from his mouth as he did an uppercut with his sword, trying to cut Sevan up his chest.
Sevan was beginning to get sweaty from having to dodge Beraw'* quick and formidable attacks. He tried to do a backflip to dodge the uprising slash, but as soon as he lifted himself into the air, Beraw's blade connected with the lower part of Sevan's stomach and tore apart the dragonhide, although it didn't cut into Sevan's skin this time.
The impact of the blow was enough to send Sevan flying backwards faster than he expected, and he flipped over and landed on his stomach. Beraw didn't leave any chance for him to get up, and immediately jumped up, his scimitar aiming for Sevan's head. Sevan rolled over while the blade clanged on the ground, and he took out another white dart and threw it behind him quickly and with poor accuracy at Beraw's head. Unfortunately for Beraw, the spinning of the dart managed to catch the tip right in the edge of his head, and that caused him to falter for a second while he ripped the dart out of his head.
Dark blood splattered out of Beraw's head as he ripped the dart out; the curved tip had caused some of his skin to be ripped out and thrown on the steel walls of the warehouse, staining them grotesquely.
"So, you think you can take me *that* easily?!" Beraw's free hand reached for his backside and he pulled out another black scimitar, except this one wasn't faded at all and looked like it was thirsty for the taste of Sevan's blood. The blade itself seemed to curve on its own, as if it was alive.
"Now we duel for real!" Beraw brought down both his scimitars in a crossed motion, creating a falling 'X' as the blades went down. Sevan got up and then pulled out a small Rune dagger, coated to the tip with a sticky, bright orange goo that glowed in the dim light of the hallway and made things easier to see.

"I'd be happy to." Sevan threw his bow to the ground and clenched his teeth. He was not happy that this man had been able to get him on the floor so easily, although he knew he was at a disadvantage due to the narrow grounds.
--
Levantris stepped into the light of the guards' room, a rat with strange, very light brown hair that sat between brown and dark yellow on the color spectrum. He immediately threw a knife at the red-masked Phoenix gang member working the safe that was in the steel walls, but he immediately leapt to the side and threw a knife back.
"So... You finally reach this place." Nali moved his head in a curve, bones cracking in his neck. He took out a Mithril knife, coated with a green liquid that looked like it was still quite fresh, as it dripped and left brown holes in the brick floor. He never took his eyes off of Levantris, and Levantris closed his eyes and laughed quietly.
"What? Do you think we are not good enough to defeat you in battle as well as thieving? Ha!" Nali hurled the knife to the right of Levantris, expecting him to jump over there and be struck with the acid-like substance that the knife was coated at the tip in. But Levantris just stood there, laughing quietly. He didn't even look like he was going to defend himself. It only agitated Nali, as he shouted something in his native language from Al-Kharid and rushed towards Levantris, sprinting with two Runite daggers in his hands.
"You have *no* idea who you are dealing with..." Levantris jumped at an astonishing height, and backflipped in midair so that his kick caught Nali in the back of the head and sent him flying straight into the steel wall, which thudded loudly as Nali's skull was rammed into it.
"...Do you?" Levantris landed and then turned around. Nali was growling and then threw a knife, that was quick as a blur, as he rushed upon Levantris with his arms open, ready to kill him with a closing double stab.

Levantris fell down, a content smile on his face, before Nali ever got to him. Nali barely had time to notice this, and threw the daggers down as he was about to trample Levantris.
Levantris immediately rushed to grab another knife from his belt, and just as the daggers were about to pierce through his light Rogue armor and into his skin, he threw the knife at Nali's chest, the razor-edge of the tip going into his chest easily, and caused Nali to stop and fall back as the knife he had thrown was sitting near the bed that Sevan had been sitting on.
The daggers punctured Levantris in his stomach and in his shoulder, but he didn't even seem to take any mind of it. It was like the blades didn't even hurt. He took them out while Nali took the blade lodged in his chest, his breathing now heavy and labored.
"Say, weren't these yours, Birdie? I want you to have them back!" Levantris hopped up on his feet with ease, taking no mind of the blood leaking from his wounds, and threw them at Nali. Nali didn't have enough time to react, and both the blades tore through his red Phoenix robe-like armor and into his skin. However, at this point, Nali didn't feel the pain, and tackled Levantris, mad as a bull now.
They both fell to the ground, rolling over on the brick floor and punching each other, shouting like animals. Nali was cursing in an Al-Kharidian language while Levantris just shouted at random intervals. Levantris managed to get hold of one of Nali's fists, and then when Nali threw his other fist in a punch, Levantris caught that too. His face suddenly curled up into a sinister-looking smile, and a black light began to spew forth from one of Levantris's gloves.
The black light blinded Nali from being able to see or even move, and it filled the area around them, until it was almost encasing the entire room in the darkness, only the glows of the portals being able to pierce through.
