Kathy headed down the stairs, this time going ahead of Liam. When she came to the railing that had bent under the pressure of her gentle touch, she put her hand to it again. It didn't budge. She pushed her weight down onto it. Sturdy metal, unbending. Smiling to herself once again, Kathy traversed the rest of the stairs and exited the building.

"So you died over there, I'm guessing?" Kathy asked, gesturing over towards the direction where she had first collided with the man. Then she spun around. "Which means traffic is likely safer in this direction, right?"

Liam shrugged. "The road was empty. It was just the one car. Idiot didn't stop when he was supposed to..." then he recalled the sensation of being struck, and the horror at finding his own body. A siren could be heard in the distance.

"I um... could show you where it happened, if you don't believe me..."

"Sure," agreed Kathy, glad that her idea had been taken up in the end, even though Liam seemed to think that it had been his own. They walked silently side by side through the streets. Why would they talk? They were strangers. Besides, Kathy suspected that Liam's thoughts were lingering on the events leading up to his death. It sounded like his death had been an accident. That was a bit sad.

Kathy paused. "Hold up," she said, and turned down an alleyway. She followed it and turned again. She had thought she had heard a noise, and it turned out her thoughts were absolutely on the money.

Back facing her was a girl wearing a red shirt and black cargo pants. Her hair was short and vanilla coloured. Kathy found it looked similar to her own white hair - but that this mystery girl had done a better job of creating a hairstyle than she had. As her eyes glanced down the strangers body she found herself whispering, impulsively, "Dayum."

The girl was holding out a jacket to another, who was completely starkers naked. She had wide-set hips which Kathy gave a sportsman nod to, and silver hair reminiscent of Kathy's white. Except this silver hair seemed natural, and tumbled all the way down to the girl's hips. It was a magnificent mane, like she was wearing a cloak. It gave her an ethereal quality.

Although a third figure was in the alleyway, Kathy was not perceptive enough to spot them.

Noting the richness of the situation, Kathy quietly shuffled her left foot outwards to turn it into an obstacle. Then she reached an arm behind Liam's back, and shoved.

Adria was one with moonlight.

She swept across the dark streets, careening about like a stray cat on the prowl. She slunk from shadow to shadow, darting in and out of the light, moving swiftly from point to point. With a sharp turn she whipped herself into an alleyway and flung her body onto a fire escape in one fluid motion. The ghostly girl then launched herself up from floor to floor, bounding along the outer railings until she'd scaled the height of the building.

Adria stood at the edge of the rooftop, basking in the calm breeze that wafted through the smoggy streets. All around her echoed the cacophony of the nightlife as she scanned the terrain with a sharper vision than she'd ever known.

It was so much fun!

Moments ago, she had been terrified and ridden with shock. Yet in her plight to rush home, she'd found herself absorbed in the swift movements of this new, lighter body. She could jump further and higher than anyone. She could climb better and faster than anyone. She could dart across the cityscape like a squirrel in a forest, and it was invigorating in ways that her sheltered life could never compare to.

None of it had truly sunk in yet. As far as she knew, all of this was some kind of dream. The kind one hoped to not wake up from. Everything in that moment felt perfect. All except for... that tugging sensation at the edge of her mind... That subtle call in all directions that she couldn't yet understand. It was a murky feeling... the only blight on her enlightened state.

"Is everything al-RAGH!" Liam's concerned question (as he averted his gaze from the unclothed women) was turned into a shout, as he was suddenly launched forward and tripped in the same instance. His course launched him into a woman with unusual white hair, and for the second time that day, he collided with someone and landed on top of them.

He realized she was unclothed, and immediately rolled off of her. "S-sorry!" he had said, quickly backing into a sitting position against the wall.

Titty sighs in frustration. No way they would believe how she really came to be here. Hell, she isn't really sure herself. But it is with a grateful smile that she reaches out to take the jacket. "Thank you," she mumbles, before glancing at Lyla.

"I think that would be a good ide-" She starts to agree, when a shadow falls across her, followed by a large and warm object. She has time to let out a faint squeak of protest, before her head smacks into the wall behind her, stunning her temporarily. Stars explode in her vision and the world feels like it is spinning. Breathing is difficult, thanks to whatever landed on her. Finally, the weight is lifted as whatever the thing is gets off her. She blinks hard several times, looking around in a daze.

"Are we being attacked...?" She asks in a daze, her vision only just starting to clear.

"Oh my god Liam you pervert!" Kathy shouted out in mock disgust, rushing to the side of the naked woman that her car-flattened companion had so rudely intruded upon. "I'm so sorry, he's always like this, ever since I first met him," Kathy explained to the woman. She glanced at the wall that the silver maned damsel had collided with and winced somewhat. That wasn't exactly according to plan.

Kneeling besides the woman, Kathy's eyes darted across the body. "Cold night, isn't it?" She offered, picking up the jacket that the clothed woman in this alleyway had previously offered and draping it unceremoniously over the naked woman's chest to protect her dignity to some extent.
