hmm i'm not sure the four gods tumeken created in a dream exist. maybe that was just a dream. BUT there's an evidence: the menaphites trust in apmeken...
what to think?
1) gods are people who do exist, you cannot create them. then tumeken's dream never got realised and menaphites trust in a simple legend. stupid, innit?
2) as long as you have faith in a god, it exist. also, if nobody follow a god, it 'disappear', it doesn't exist anymore. Well, that's the definition of a god. then we can suppose the four 'lesser gods' exist as menaphites have faith in them.
NEVER FORGOT that tumeken's dream is just a TALE. maybe tumeken, elidinis or other gods of the desert never existed... whereas the godwars dungeon and the wilderness PROVE saradomin, zamorak et* existed.
BUT (again lol) if zamorak existed, the mahjarrat existed too! and so did zaros and... ichlatrin who is a desert god...who is ichlatrin ? elidinis's and tumeken's son ! so they both existed too (and i guess amascut too as she's ichlatrin's sister)

OK, let's tell what we proved:
- godwar dungeon and wilderness are proofs that saradomin, zamorak, armadyl and bandos existed..
- zamorak existed, so did the tribe of the mahjarrat
- first, the mahjarrat was lead by ic*latrin, then by zaros. SO they both existed
- ichlatrin existed and so did her sister amascut and his parents tumeken and elidinis
- the elves have the 'tower of voices' in which they are able to talk to seren, their god. this prves she existed or they would complain of talking to nothing ^^
what we cannot prove:
-tumeken's dream was, err, a dream. i guess apmeken, crandos and the two other desert lesser gods (whose name i forgot) did not exist. menaphite trust in them, so you may trust in them too (your choice!)
- Guthix never got involved in anything! apart from the creation of gielinor, but we weren't there to confirm. He's supposed the be one with nature, not a deity separate from it. first hypothesis: he existed, created the world of runescape, then went to sleep, he only awoke during the god war. second hypothesis: guthix was created by human being to symbolise nature (why not)

nice thoughts olyver, but i just suspect that the dream is just the way in which the desert people made sense of their Gods, although, as Runescape does not have to be restrained by logic, it could be real, as didn't Zamorak bcome a God by stabbing Zaros, and was not originaly a God, so a God was created?

its nice to see a correct history in full. I am impressed by your information but you could have written more about the death of zaros and the mahjarrat excape fro Ic**larin.
For example, hazeel and drakan helped to fight off zaros's guards and that is why they were rewarded. The mahjarrat used to be enslaved (I think) by Ic**larin until zaros helped them escape.
Also i do not think that the kalphites worship scarabaras (dunno if spelt right) because they are followers of Zaros and await his return.
Unless i have missed it try to talk about the curse that was bestowed upon those who touched the staff of Armadyl before Zaros was killed by it.
But i was very impressed to see that you knew the names of the knights who faught at the slave :) gd job :)

thanks alot Blehhead, also i am going to cover all those subjects in my last parts of my history, tales of the past, as most subjects such as Zaros cover him roughly, and not in detail, as i am trying to get a rough base for the whole history. So do not worry, you will see it soon. On the kalaphites, why do you think they worship Zaros? please show some proof so that I may recorrect tihs possible error.
