“Dionysius, could you, just once, try to be respectful?” questioned Saradomin.

“Says the one who blasted a hole in my roof,” replied Dionysius, “And forced me out of my retirement. Given that, could you please tell us why we are here, without wasting hours of my time before hand?”

Hearing the way Dionysius spoke to Saradomin, Tony and Esther could only stare in complete shock and horror. Noting that at least someone in the room had recognized his apparent grandeur, Saradomin regained his composure.

“Please my children,” he said, “Do not hold the brashness of my servant against him. His old age, has left him somewhat bitter, and his accomplishments, great as they are, have caused his ego to somewhat inflate, to a point were he sometimes forgets to speak with respect, even to a god.”

“Coming from the king of egos himself,” Dionysius muttered under his breath. However this was apparently unnoticed by the other Saradominists who were quick to praise the “mercy and understanding” Saradomin had shown to Dionysius.

Satisfied with the “proper respect* shown to him by his two followers, Saradomin spoke again, “Certainly, you may be wondering why I have called you here today.”

“To blabber about us getting the Weapons of Destiny, whose seal just faded,” answered Dionysius.

Saradomin twitched at this answer, but managed to retain an air of majesty and calm. “Correct,” he said, “But while you may know of such things already, Dionysius, I think that perhaps, Tony and Esther do not. So I will-” "He appears in the Form of a Man with many Countenances; and he hath a Book in his right hand. His Office is to teach all Arts and Sciences unto any; and to declare the Secret Counsel of any one."

“Tell them that the Weapons are six ancient artifacts; three of good, three of evil, which were made in the Second Age by Armadyl and Zaros respectively. And that each is perhaps on par with the godsword, and that you want us to gather them all for you because your “holiness” is so great that you could purify the evil Weapons. Then you’ll probably add how with the six Weapons you can banish Zamorak once and for all and lead the world into a utopia of holiness and light?” suggested Dionysius, “Only, you’ll probably say all this in a long, drawn-out, elaborate way, which will both take an hour and leave them so confused that I have to explain it all in simpler terms later.”

Saradomin twitched again. “Well, as inelegant as you explanation was,” he said, “It did cover the basic points. Now-*

*Oh, are you going to explain that you don’t have a clue where the Weapons are?” questioned Dionysius.

“For the record,” replied Saradomin, “I do have an idea as to where the weapons may be. So you were wrong. But perhaps I shouldn‘t be the one to explain; would you two please come out now?*

Dionysius was actually silent for once; he hadn’t expected Saradomin to call more than three of his followers to search after the Weapons. He was more surprised when he saw the two people who had just walked out from behind a bookcase; one was a young man with blond hair and crimson eyes, and the other was a girl with green hair and similarly colored eyes.

“Aren’t you?!” he gasped.

“Tony, Esther, Dionysius,” said Saradomin, “These are Seth and Hekate, they will be aiding us in our attempts to gather the Weapons.”

“Only, keep it quiet that we're doing this,” said Hekate, “As far as the world knows, we’re aiding Zaros.”

“Impossible,” said Dionysius, “How are you two on our side?” "He appears in the Form of a Man with many Countenances; and he hath a Book in his right hand. His Office is to teach all Arts and Sciences unto any; and to declare the Secret Counsel of any one."

“In public, I act as though Hekate completely controls my life,” said Seth, “Which makes it seem that we would side with Zaros, as Hekate’s clan traditionally has done. However, the reality is that like most functional couples, she and I actually talk things over and come to decisions together.”

“Which means that after a long discussion, we decided to aid Saradomin in this,” added Hekate.

“Still, you must have something to gain from this,” commented Dionysius.

“I’ve never really been too loyal to Zaros in the first place,” said Hekate, “I’m somewhat estranged from my clan, and never appreciated their practices. But you are right, we do have something to gain… Dear, could you explain?”

“Very well,” said Seth, “You may be aware that the Zarosians have enlisted the aid of a certain Liam Nidhogg.”

“The incubus, right?” questioned Dionysius, “His kind are rare on Gielinor these days, but what of him?”

“We’re trying to oppose him for our own reasons,” said Hekate.

“And those are?” asked Dionysius.

“Don’t misunderstand,” replied Seth, “We like Liam as a person and all, but… Are you aware of the name Mephos Nidhogg?”

At this, Saradomin and Dionysius both flinched.

“Who is this Mephos person, my lord?” asked Tony.

“A powerful incubus, who often manipulated things behind the scenes during the god wars,” replied Saradomin, “I thought the was dead though.”

“Oh he is, for all practical purposes,” said Seth, “But Mephos was quite cunning, and before he died, he made sure there was a way for him to get back. We don’t know all the details, but we do know that there is a way for Mephos to return; and that it requires Liam to willingly give up his life to do so.”

“And you intend to prevent Liam from doing this?” asked Dionysius, “But why haven’t you made your move until now?* "He appears in the Form of a Man with many Countenances; and he hath a Book in his right hand. “Before, we were simply keeping an eye on Liam,” said Hekate, “We did*’t think he’d figured out about Mephos on his own. However, with the help of Zaros, he might. For example, if he regained his memories, he might also remember how to revive Mephos, and at least one Zarosian is helping him with that.”

“So you’re thinking that if Zaros is defeated, Liam will not be able to bring back Mephos?” asked Dionysius.

“A noble cause,” said Saradomin, “Mephos is truly a being of darkness, and a powerful one at that, I cannot allow him to return to this plane, ever.”

“That’s good to hear,” said Seth, “Because that’s the deal we want to make; you help us make sure Mephos does not return, and we help you get the Weapons. Especially useful considering that we are supposedly high ranking Zarosians and thus have access to most of the Zarosian intelligence. The trick is that we cannot publicly aid you, nonetheless, do we have a deal?”

“We do,” replied Saradomin.

“Good!” exclaimed Hekate, “Now about the weapons… First thing you should know; four of them aren’t on Gielinor anymore.”

“What?!” exclaimed Saradomin, “How?!”

“You remember how in the god wars, you gods called in races from other worlds to help fight for you?” asked Hekate, “Some took home souvenirs.”

“You’ve got to be kidding me,” groaned Saradomin.

“Ah, but there is good news,” said Seth, “Because the Weapons were bound to specific temples, you could theoretically create a portal in one of those temples and use it to get to the general area of the weapon. But of course, you’d still need to find the temples first.”

“Could we use this method for the two Weapons in Gielinor?” questioned Dionysius. "He appears in the Form of a Man with many Countenances; and he hath a Book in his right hand. His Office is to teach all Arts and Sciences unto any; and to declare the Secret Counsel of any one."

“Probably not,* said Hekate, “Since the Weapons were made and used here, their essence should be in many places throughout Gielinor. So you might just end up teleporting to a random place rather than a place near the weapon. However, as the Weapons were probably kept in just one place once taken to another world, you’d end up near the Weapon using our method.”

“So we have to go world hopping,” sighed Dionysius, *This new job just gets better and better.”

“The problem is, it probably won’t be too long before the other gods catch onto this too,” said Seth, “So we might want to go after the temples first and try to seize the Weapons in the other worlds before our opponents do.”

“But there’s a chance that while you all are gone, the other groups will get the weapons here,” said Saradomin, “And they might not figure out about the four other weapons. So, get the ones here first.”

“As you wish,” said Seth, “But you do realize the disadvantage we’ll be at in there other worlds right?”

“None of us know their culture, and would stick out like sore thumbs?” suggested Esther.

“That isn’t as much of an issue as you might think,” replied Seth, “More worrisome is the issue of our prayers.*

“The only of Gielinor’s gods that has thus far shown the ability to grant prayers outside of Gielinor itself is Zaros,” explained Seth, “It may be possible that Guthix can too, but as his power is tied to the flora and fauna of Gielinor, I think it’s doubtful. Of course, it is possible that Seren can do so… at any rate, Saradomin and Zamorak cannot, without reducing their hold on this world, so we will be at a severe disadvantage if we end up fighting the Zarosians in another world.”

“Provisions will be made, I assure you,” said Saradomin, “When the time comes, of course. For now, we must make haste. I will send you all back to Gielinor soon, when that happens seek out any help you can on the location of the two weapons in our world. The seers in the Seer’s Village will be of help.”

“As you wish my lord,” said Tony, genuflecting.

“We will not fail,” added Esther doing the same.

“Dionysius, shall you be showing your respect too?” questioned Saradomin.

“Can’t we just get a move on?!” demanded Dionysius.

Saradomin twitched again, and with a single word sent his three followers to Falador.

“We’ll see ourselves out,” said Seth, once the Saradominists were gone.

“Been fun talking to you!” added Hekate before she took Seth’s arm and walked with him to the portal. "He appears in the Form of a Man with many Countenances; and he hath a Book in his right hand. His Office is to teach all Arts and Sciences unto any; and to declare the Secret Counsel of any one."

Thank you Nyx. Yes, the original Tony was a bio submitted to me, but this one just kept his name. And as for Esther, I don't remember the last archer I had for Saradomin, so she's the new one.

Also, for those of you who didn't know, the extra add is my way of wishing Orcris (whatever else he's added to his name, I think it's "Darth" now) a happy birthday. Hope you enjoyed Orcris, and hope your battery issue gets resolved soon so you can comment again. (Comments make Noir happy you know.)
