Hello Capt Chekaka. I just had a little suggestion which I think to be of a quite important nature for a thread of this magnintude, both because of its sheer capacity for knowledge and its presence as a sticky.
This thread and all of the articles herein should be made to be as non-biased as possible. This would therefore make necessary the need for each article to be written from a third-party's prospective.

I think making this more an encyclopedia than a helpful thread would work wonders. Think of the Game Guide/Knowledge Base and its articles. There are no 'I's nor 'My's there are only good articles written from a third-party's prospective.
If you could post your thoughts on this, I would appreciate it.

That was actually what we were trying to do. Removing the bias is crucial to us and we've put some work into removing it. Personal experiences can easily be translated into possible situations, and these edits will be made as we go through the thread to either edit sections or rewrite them completely. ^_^
It is a very important issue for this thread, and I hope to resolve it quickly.

You logged out before I could respond to your query about open sections.
Let's see. Currently, we are going to be needing some questions for the FAQ. Mainly for the less-used sections like Romance, Horror, etc. If you have any thoughts that could make good questions, feel free to post them. Poller and I are also going to be posting questions here to have the general public provide answers for them to be placed in the guide.
And thanks for the helpful offer. ^_^

I see. Well, to be frank, I'm not well with questions. I tend to have too many of too minute a relevance. I'll be sure to post some, however, should I come across inspiration.
You're welcome. =)

Okay, Capt. I edited the first to paragraphs of the shorts section just for the fact that's where the most personal things were. I'll go and edit them on the other page and then here it is, just the first to paragraphs that is.

First things first, writing any kind of story generally should be started with some knowledge of what is going to happen. Creating a plot is a good way to have everything organized and ready. Now in the ******ion of an extremely short story than you might not need a plot.
Now for length, even though it’s a short it still needs to have a maximum and minimum length. I would say anything from 50 words to 4-6 posts should be plenty. Now keep in mind you can go over this it’s just a barrier for this guide.
