For purple, violaceous, solferino, and gridelin are also synonyms. Vermillion is also a shade of red. Sable, onyx, and atramentaceous are all synonymous with black. Azure, teal, beryl and cerulean are also words for blue. Beryl is also a shade of green, as are viridian, chartreuse and verdigris.
From page 5: "Level Five: Not really sure why I included this. Anyway, this is (surprisingly) not such a good place to call home. This is when so many intricate and unknown words have crept into your vocabulary that most can’t understand you. The people who talk like this are those brilliant geniuses I..."
I am not sure if I should be posting this, or not, but the proper plural of 'genius' is genii. Just a thought.

Glory, in that case, I believe that the plural of 'genious' would be 'geniouses'. (Pardon my Canadian/British spelling. :P )
If I understand the definitions of 'genious' correctly, a sentence that uses 'genii' would be the following:
"The genii of my talent are really my siblings who help me with all of my work."
However, I still have a feeling that I misunderstood that definition of 'genii'. I'm just certain that Aura'* use of 'geniouses' was correct.

The plural of the word genius is genii or geniuses. The following is the definition:
1. an exceptional natural capacity of intellect, especially as shown in creative and original work in science, art, music, etc.: the genius of Mozart.
2. a person having such capacity.
3. a person having an extraordinarily high intelligence rating on a psychological test, as an IQ above 140.
4. natural ability or capacity; strong inclination: a special genius for leadership.
5. distinctive character or spirit, as of a nation, period, or language.
6. the guardian spirit of a place, institution, etc.
7. either of two mutually opposed spirits, one good and the other evil, supposed to attend a person throughout life.
8. a person who strongly influences for good or ill the character, conduct, or destiny of a person, place, or thing: Rasputin, the evil genius of Russian politics.
9. genie (defs. 1, 3). .
For numbers two, three, and eight, 'geniuses' is acceptable. I don't think, however, that it is appropriate in the instance I quoted in the first post of this page.
Also, an appropriate use of the word 'genii' would be:
The rhetoric convention played host to the most exquisite genii of the era.

Regardless of the correct plural form of 'genius', I would leave it as it is, 'geniuses'.
I write with this quote in mind: "If you can be misread, you will be."
And I came up with most of those colors, I just used a thesaurus to beef it up.
