With no shoe's covering his bear feet he took a step forward and shifted his weight onto his staff that stood upright before him clutched in his hands. Awaiting a response.

(I'll put any details I may have missed in my posts to come. I'm willing to change anything you see you don't like, but there isnt much here...not even a name....how mysterious.)

((So apparently I can't count and said six bandits came out of the woods but only described five. I edited my post and described the sixth, so just be mindful of that.

Anyways Natsu, I guess that's accepted for now. But your grammar and sentence structure is a bit of an issue. Many of your sentences run on, which can be solved by using more commas or splitting things into separate sentences. And you post extremely large paragraphs that could have been broken into smaller paragraphs. Could you keep this in mind for future posts? It'll make everything easier to read. Thanks.))

The Robbery

"Another stranger looking to be robbed?" The woman scoffed. One of the archers aimed their bow from Andrew to the newcomer and the mage turned her attention to him as well. The woman, apparently the leader, also motioned one of the swordmen to move in as well. The man nodded, and approached the stranger, weapon in hand.

Then the woman turned her attention back to Andrew. "Any sudden movement from one of you, and you both die." She said loud enough for the two of them to hear.

Annie said looked shocked to see the small ring richly adorned by jewels and a silver seal of Averham,"wow I never saw anything that beautiful before. I don't know any information on that. I am sorry. Why do you ask?" The strange energy in her kept growing and growing. It might come out soon.

A few mins later the strange energy finally came out of Annie's body. She screamed with pain as fire came out of her fingers. It shot around her, lucky didn't hit anyone and no damage to the house. She just burned herself a little but not badly and then she fainted but she was breathing.

Jim was shock to see her daughter have fire coming out of her fingers. He kept his head and he knew he had to help his daughter. He said to Azrael," excuse me, I need to help my daughter." He walked up to her to check how bad she was.

Damn it. Andrew couldn't believe he had been so gullible. He should've been more cautious, he should've tried to read her before approaching. He'd be dead if she wanted to kill him.

So he slowly stood, keeping his body loose as she demanded. He kept his hands at his sides, fingers loose. Andrew noted six other minds. The woman had six allies with her, but another figure appeared, strangely beyond his senses. He was an exotic looking mage with a magnificent staff, and he was seemingly trying to come to Andrew's rescue.

"I appreciate your concern, Mysterious Stranger." Andrew kept his face pointed towards the woman with the knife at his throat, only making slow, deliberate movements with his eyes to cast a glance at this white staff-wielding mage, though he also subtly made note of the arms and armor of each of the bandits. He observed their stances and which ones were more likely to react first. All the while, he never tensed a muscle.

His eyes went back to the leader, and while he kept a solemn face, he took on the tone of a desperate man pleading for his life. "Listen, I've got money and weapons. This is a brand new bow I've got here, thirty arrows too. But that fellow's staff..." He slowly gestured to the mage's white weapon. "That's gotta be worth a for-"

By the time Andrew stopped himself mid-sentence, he brought his left arm up and moved to deflect the woman's knife hand away, pushing against her forearm with the back of his hand. Next, he stepped in with his right foot, pushed his right shoulder into her chest, and locked the base of her blade arm in the bend of his right arm. Then, he pushed his his left hand against her hand, squeezing her forearm in between both of his arms. This would cause a moderate amount of pain, but Andrew's positioning would allow him to pry her fingers open and disarm her even if she didn't loosen her grip.

With the rest of his body open, he had to rely on being too fast for her to react. He executed this technique in a tiny fraction of the time I took describing it, and assuming the woman had no counter, Andrew would attempt the pull the knife out of her hand.

When and if the knife was safely in his possession, he would try to sweep his right foot back and trip her off her feet. Then he threw the knife, quickly adjusting to its balance, regardless of whether or not it was designed for throwing, and aimed for the chest of the archer that was still focused on him. He trusted that the mage could handle himself.

The Robbery

The bandit leader was caught off guard by Andrew's sudden attack, his desperate plea having caused her to relax slightly. The knife even shifted a centimeter away from his throat. And had the blade not moved, the mere act of slapping her hand aside would have caused the dagger to slide across Andrew's throat and cut it open. Whether Andrew realized it or not, he was lucky to be alive.

Anyways, the attack was successful. And when Andrew began to apply pressure to her forearm, she yelled out in pain. But she endured, and held her grip. And just as Andrew attempted to pry her fingers open and grab the dagger, the blade disappeared...

...and reappeared in her free left hand. With his position, Andrew wouldn't even be able to see where it went. She brought the dagger back, ready to thrust it into his exposed and unprotected lower back...

...only for an arrow to embed itself in her left shoulder. The archer, in his panic, had released his arrow before he had a clear shot and his aim had been slightly off. She shrieked in pain, her left arm going limp and the weapon falling from her hand.

The two melee bandits (one with a sword, the other with a hatchet) then came charging at Andrew. The hatchet bandit moved in on Andrew's right while the sword bandit moved in on his left, both hoping to flank him. Meanwhile the archer just stood there stunned - if his leader survived, there would be hell to pay for this one. Even if she didn't, the other bandits sure as hell wouldn't let him stay. Or at least, he didn't think they would. So without further ado, he ran away, heading west down the road towards Greenhaven.

As for the currently nameless mage, the bandits there made good on their leader's threat. The other archer fired her arrow at him, while the mage launched a fireball. And as they did that, the bandit with the sword charged in for an attack.

That escalated quickly.

The man who's identity had yet not been uncovered stood there silent as the grave, watching, waiting. A smile preyed upon his lips although no one could see it, being disguised by the scarf. He made no movement that'd indicate foul intentions towards anyone in the offensive group as they exchanged there final words raising an eyebrow at a few remarks made his way.

The mans eyes scoured over each individual noting that to his knowledge only one wielded magic and she wasn't quite close enough to be of use to him. Great, what would he do now? In this situation he was almost completely useless. He had to do something but, but, what?

In the corner of his eye he saw his opportunity. The other man, who he'd come to help had made his move against the woman who was presumably the leader. He didn't bother watching what his course of action was, instead, this unknown man made his own move at almost an identical pace with a second of lapse.

Sliding his hands down to the center of the staff he did the unexpected twirling it in the palms of his hand quite like a button. The bottom of the staff kicking up dirt towards the bandit that held the bow centered at him just a few feet away.

With the finish of that maneuver he quickly dove forward rolling past the archer and back onto his feet in an attempt to sling the bottom edged area of the staff into the neck of the archer.

The Mage finally had made her move releasing her ball of fire towards him. Big mistake. With his free hand, fore he had used his right in his attack now, he caught the ball of fire mid-air. It disappeared. In its presence using but just half the mana he'd absorbed he created three curved cutting blades, which in turn went flying directly back at the Mage.

He wasn't bothered by the approaching swordsman as he was just beyond the Mage and if he had planned right then he'd have just enough time to deal with him as well.

Though his gamble was partially successful, Andrew was surprised when the dagger vanished from the bandit leader's hand. He heard her shriek in pain, though he was unaware what caused it.

He quickly stepped backwards and threw a right hook at the bandit leader's jaw, trying to take advantage of her moment of weakness. It wasn't powerful enough to cleanly knock a man out, but it may do the trick against a woman.

Two more bandits charged at him, wielding melee weapons. Andrew quickly discarded the bow attached to his back and took off the hip quiver, as they would only encumber him. Recognizing their attempt to flank him, Andrew predicted that he would fall to the swordsman if he tried to fend off both in a melee, as he was ill-equipped to fight at two angles, and he didn't want to test the limits of his skill.

He snatched a flechette off his left arm and threw it at the hatchet-wielding bandit, aiming for his left eye. It was thrown hard enough to be lethal, but the bandit could very well block or dodge. Andrew just needed a moment's delay.

He drew his shortsword and moved to engage the sword-wielding bandit. Andrew swung at his stomach. It was a basic but practiced move with no spectacular follow-ups planned.

The Robbery Gone Wrong

Andrew's punch attack was successful, the bandit leader having no means of resisting. Though it failed to knock her out, she did not get up.

The hatchet wielding bandit saw Andrew pulling the flechette out, and quickly brought his wooden shield up just as the weapon hurtled towards him. It embedded itself into the shield, and the bandit continued his charge.

As for the sword wielder, the bandit also blocked this attack with his shield. And he quickly responded by thrusting his sword towards Andrew's chest, hoping to stab him through the heart.

As for Mr. He Who Shall Not Be Named, the flurry of dirt caught the archer directly in the eye. She closed her eyes and looked away, releasing the arrow blindly and missing by several inches. By the time she recovered, his target was gone. The poor archer didn't even have time to turn around before the staff caught her in the back of the neck, breaking it. Her entire world went dark, and she was dead.

The mage's eyes widened as the fireball was caught effortlessly, and all of a sudden three blades were hurtling towards her. She quickly recovered and threw herself to the ground at the last second, the projectiles flying right over her. The swordsman did not cease his charge, and as he approached he swung his blade at neck height directly at the mage's throat.

Just then, the cowardly bowman came running back, although he made no move to re-enter the fight. Although both Andrew and Nameless were probably too caught up in their respective fights, if one were to look they would be able to see what the archer was running from. And also hear the galloping of horses and clanking of armor.

Sir Darius, knight of Greenhaven, came charging in. The bowman, realizing attempting to outrun a horse was futile, quickly turned and fired off one desperate shot, although the arrow merely deflected off of Darius's helm, his charge unimpeded.
