Dear Diary,

This afternoon, I completed Daily Challenges in Fishing, Smithing, and Combat.

I caught 14 crayfish behind the Lumbridge church and smithed 150 rune arrowheads at the Lumbridge anvil. Then I teleported to Edgeville. I entered Edgeville Dungeon, where I killed 15 poison spiders and gathered 10 sets of bones.

Redeeming these challenges got me 77 Fishing.

I have felt uneasy all day, although I am not certain as to why.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

This afternoon, I completed Daily Challenges in Smithing, Cooking, and Prayer.

I smithed 150 rune arrowheads at the Lumbridge anvil. Then I chopped two yew logs west of Lumbridge Market. I burned these logs in a bonfire east of the Lumbridge Market bank chest. I used these flames to cook 10 crayfish, and to cremate 10 sets of big bones.

Redeeming these challenges got me 77 Cooking.

As I began smithing the rune arrowheads, I received a map to a lost Easter Basket.

This basket contained:

A Zigzag Easter Egg
A large butterfly jar
A small butterfly jar

I continue to have this unsettled feeling.

I can sense something is about to happen. Something that will change everything.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

I entered The Wilderness this afternoon, to see if there were any of these new undead creatures rumored to be making their way south that I could fight. Sadly, there were none. I did get attacked by a giant rat, which I quickly dispatched. I advanced north and made my way to a Chaos Altar nearly surrounded by lava. I encountered a trader named Simon, who sells team capes, but these did not interest me. I work alone.

Within the chamber, I discovered many bones scattered around the floor. I attempted to offer bones at the Chaos Altar, but nothing interesting happened. I also found a heavy trapdoor in the floor that would not open. I buried the rat bones, collected another 25 sets of bones, then used my spring tokens to teleport to the Festival.

At the event, I banked the bones and the raw rat meat. Then I spent 2,000 spring tokens to purchase two maps to lost Easter Baskets. I located these two Easter Baskets nearby.

The first basket contained:

A Smooth Easter Egg
A Gift For The Reaper
A small butterfly jar

The second basket contained:

An Enchanted Lamb Egg
A Striped Easter Egg
A large Dungeoneering token box

This Enchanted Egg transforms me into a lamb. I now possess all three of these Enchanted Eggs. I dropped the useless butterfly jar, opened the Dungeoneering token box, then placed the eggs into my bank.

The Gift For The Reaper is another useless, unbankable item. With no real expectations, I teleported to Draynor and went to Death's Office, just to see if he might give me something in exchange for his gift. Death was not interested in conducting any business with me, so I destroyed the gift in front of him and teleported to Lumbridge.

I can't be sure, but it appeared to me that Death was confused by my actions. I get that a lot.

I now have 500 spring tokens in my currency pouch.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

This afternoon, after I completed Daily Challenges in Prayer, Cooking, and Mining, I chopped a single yew log, then teleported to Varrock. I headed north and entered The Wilderness. I made my way to my new favorite place, the Chaos Altar Here I gathered 27 sets of bones. I then set fire to the yew log in front of the altar and cremated the bones.

After I had cremated these bones, I began picking up additional bones. Once I had a dozen sets of remains in my pack, I suddenly felt as though I was being watched. A pair of yellow butterflies had been fluttering about the chamber. However, I sensed someone or something else nearby - and it was not that fool Simon. I called out "Hello?", but received no reply. For an instant, I thought I saw a large shadowy form, but it quickly vanished - assuming it was ever really there at all. The Wild can mess with your mind, if you allow it to.

I collected 25 more sets of bones and teleported to Lumbridge to bank.

More than ever, I am convinced something big is coming, Diary.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

This afternoon, after I completed my Daily Challenges in Thieving, Fishing, and Runecrafting, I used my spring tokens to teleport to the Spring Festival. This event is ending this weekend.

I carved the wooden icons just enough to earn 100 spring tokens, which brought my total to 1,000. However, this time I chose to train Crafting instead of Fletching. Shortly before I was done (around 992 tokens), I reached 83 Crafting.

Then I spent all of my 1,000 spring tokens to purchase one more map to a lost Easter Basket. I claimed an additional three maps from the shop owner. I found the Easter Baskets nearby.

The first basket contained:

A Zigzag Easter Egg
A medium butterfly jar
A small butterfly jar

The second basket contained:

A Smooth Easter Egg
A large butterfly jar
A small butterfly jar

The third basket contained:

A Striped Easter Egg
A spirit dragonstone
A small butterfly jar

The fourth basket contained:

A Spikey Easter Egg
A medium butterfly jar
A small butterfly jar

Naturally, I dropped the useless butterfly jars. Then banked the eggs and the spirit gem.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

Late tonight, after I skipped a Daily Dungeoneering Challenge and completed a Daily Fletching Challenge by fashioning 200 rune arrows, I chopped a yew log in Lumbridge. Then I teleported to Varrock. I headed north and entered The Wilderness. Once again, I made my way to the Chaos Altar in level 12 Wilderness. Inside the chamber, I gathered 27 sets of bones. I then burned the yew log in front of the altar and cremated the bones, which completed my Daily Prayer Challenge as well. All the while, I had the feeling I was being watched - again.

After I had cremated these bones, I picked up additional bones. Once I had collected 25 sets of bones, I ran outside and to the west of the chamber in order to give these bones to Simon, so that he could bank them for me. I returned to the chamber and gathered 25 more sets of bones. I had an even stronger sense of being observed. Suddenly, I ran outside the chamber, just in time to see a large shadowy figure quickly moving north, away from the altar. It was bigger than a man, and it appeared to be wearing dark robes. I chased after the figure.

Unfortunately, the figure was soon out of my sight, and disappeared into the night.

I stopped in level 19 Wilderness to investigate a strange obelisk. There were some swirling colored lights nearby, but I could find no purpose for this structure. A zombie wandered north of the obelisk. I also spotted a tree stump north of the obelisk. I went to investigate the stump - and the instant I did so, the zombie attacked me. A single blow from Arteria destroyed the aggressive level 22 zombie.

With nothing further to learn, for the time being, I teleported to Lumbridge to bank bones.

Something strange is going on, Diary. I must find out what it is.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

The Academy of Heroes has opened up again, effective this evening.

Sun has returned for additional training. It has been nearly three months since I last saw her - and she has made no progress over these past three months. What has she been doing all this time? Skilling?

Sun remains at level 8 for now. She has picked up right where she left off. Her sixth fight is against yet another level 4 imp. Sun came close to killing the imp with a single blow. She will surely defeat it next time.

I did not expect I would see Sun again. It is good that she has returned to me. I would rather work with her some more, instead of starting all over again with a newbie.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

Late tonight, I ventured out into The Wilderness yet again.

I teleported to the Falador lodestone, then made my way north. I crossed the wall near the Mind Altar, then began gathering skulls. I kept an eye on the blue dragons roaming to the north and west, but they ignored me. I ended up with 20 skulls before I continued north.

Along the way, two hapless skeletons rushed to attack me from behind. I swiftly dispatched them and went further north. Soon, the Dark Warriors' Fortress stood to the east of me. I decided to pay these warriors of darkness a little visit.

I raised the gate and entered the first room. I proceeded to the south and fought a level 10 dark warrior. It was no challenge at all. I headed east, then north, and finally west. I slew several warriors along the way. The only thing these fools were good at was dying. How in the hell did these weaklings ever establish a fortress in The Wilderness?

Scattered along the floor in the final two rooms, I found eight different types of runes. Unfortunately, once I picked up all types of runes, I had to keep dropping a stack so I could pick up bones to bury. Then I picked up the runes again.

Eventually, I fought my way back to the east corridor, where I teleported to Lumbridge and banked the skulls and the runes. I ended up with:

15 air runes
10 earth runes
15 fire runes
18 water runes
25 body runes
30 mind runes
20 chaos runes
3 nature runes

I killed a total of 26 dark warriors.

Love,
Kat

Dear Diary,

Sun managed to defeat that level 4 imp this afternoon, but it took her three additional attacks to finally kill it. Did the creature heal itself from her first blow? It could simply be that she is out of practice.

For winning her sixth fight, Sun advanced to level 9. I was awarded a life refresh, a huge prismatic star, and a medium prismatic star. I used both stars to gain Firemaking BXP.

Sun's next opponent will be a level 8 super cow. She now has a slight combat advantage against super cows, so I'm sure she will be victorious - even if it takes her quite some time.

Love,
Kat
