I recoiled all of them, and I did the same for Dwarves. Jagex probably doesn't like me.. I'm getting soooo many crawling hands and dwarve tasks :|
I'm hoping to get some more Slayer points and block those tasks, because they really take longer then an hour and only give like 500 Slayer xp.

You'll have to attack them in order to make them agressive, aswell as let the game know you've been in combat with it. For example; Grotworms are agressive and if you don't fight back at all and just recoil them it won't register as your kill, but if you cast a weaken spell (which deals no damage) it will count as your kill.

Well, I hope you havn't used the entire mad necklace. Here's a tip for anyone wanting to do slayer with it with 10 hp... Sacred clay bow(charged) and necklace should put all the experience for necklace into slayer since the bow already gives ranged double experience gained from cannon.
Sacred clay bows only last about 33k bonus according to wiki.
