Hi, Wise Old Man. xS1n never really got that close (and by that I mean I think he had 99 Magic, Ranged, Prayer, and Defence? but his memb is expired, so I can't check). His name is now "Cats on Mars" and I haven't seen him log on in ages. Regeneratez is now named "I Am At Rest" and he's maxed except for 85/99 Summoning. He's not real active but I seem him log in fairly regularly.
Also, how many quest points do you have? I know that xS1n had done quite a lot. He and a guy named Tuto Island (a 9hper that has been inactive for a very very long time) compiled quite an extensive list on quests that could be done by 10hpers. Although that's been maybe 2 or 3 years already, now that I think about it...
xS1n actually created a second 10hp account on which to do all the quests that he couldn't do on his main 10hper. (i. e. quests that give small amounts of hp experience). I don't know how much he ever got done on that account, though, and I don't recall its name.

I would of thought xS1n had gotten closer to maxing in the time I've been away, I guess he pretty much quit at the same time as I did.
Now to answer your question I've got 228 QPs, soon to be 230.
And when I quit neither Tuto Island nor xS1n were as far as I was in terms of Quests completed. I'd be surprised if there was an account that could compete with me, but it can't hurt to ask.
