Yeh, I trained Strength, Defence and Attack with Soulwars. For 99 Magic I mainly used High alchemy. I did Prayer with Dragon bones and Baby dragon bones. The Dwarf multicannon is what I used to get Charms for Summoning, and kill Slayer monsters on tasks, that got me a lot over 99 Ranged aswell.
I got 35M Ranged XP recently :P

Wow! Very impressive. I'm no where as good as you but I thought I'd share my skills:
10 Constitution (ftw!)
45 Attack
35 Strength
90 Magic
50 Ranged
I used Wizard Mind Bombs to start off and then I started to cast other non combat spells. As for attack and strength, I used quests such as Troll Stronghold and xp lamps. Cannon was definitely one of the most useful items!
Now I am just working on 99 mage.
