Wow, great job V a. You will indeed be the first person to get maxed p2p combat with 10 Hit Points. A guy named "I Am At Rest" currently has 99 Attack, Defence, Strength, Magic, Ranged, and Prayer (giving him maxed 10hper cb level on f2p worlds) but only has 82 Summoning.
I myself am a 10hper, though I'm pure f2p. I'm level 68 combat, though I know of a person who achieved 70 combat as a pure f2p 10hp pure.
Well done, and can't wait to see you get 99 Strength!
