I would if I could remember haha, but I never keep track of the money I spend. I'll try to list it as accurate as I can for my buy-able skills though. (prices changed a lot since when I got my 99's, so they're not accurate at the current prices of the items. For example Cannonballs are like 500 GP )
Herblore: 75% of the xp came from making regular Energy Potions, I think that cost me around 250M-300M total, a few months before Free Trade.
Prayer: 50% Dragon bones, 50% Babydragon bones. That cost me around 300M.
Summoning: I estimate that I spend around 70M on pouches, charms and Summoning secundaries.
Ranged: I've used over 1M cannonballs, and I think that I spend an average of around 300-350 each on them, so 300M+.
Cooking: around 30M with Wines
Construction: Levels around 80M, with Oak Dungeon doors, and like 30M on my house.
Crafting: around 50M mainly cutting Sapphires and making Blue D hide bodies
I probably spend some more on the side aswell, but on things I don't remember :p
