This afternoon, after I had made two full inventories of gold amulets, I was only 3,165 XP away from gaining a Crafting level.

I decided to head back to the mine north of Al Kharid, where I entered the resource dungeon. I mined the precious gem rocks to obtain 11 uncut emeralds, 9 uncut rubies, and 8 uncut diamonds. After I had cut the emeralds, I was 2,422 XP away. After I had cut the rubies, I was 1,657 XP away. After I had cut the diamonds, I was 797 XP away. I fletched the gems into small bolt tips. During this process, I also earned a TH key.

With 25 free spaces in my pack, I mined the precious gem rocks again. I found 14 uncut emeralds, 7 uncut rubies, and 4 uncut diamonds. Upon cutting 12 of the 14 emeralds, I managed to reach Crafting level 95! :)

My Total Level is 1668 (Virtual Level 1678).

I finished cutting the gems, then I fletched them into bolt tips. I sold the tips on the G.E. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

The hideous Grift From The Heart TH promo has now ended.

This content failed to function properly for me during the entire 5-day run. No matter what the prize was, the promo refused to allow me to convert it to heartments.

I wasted a total of 11 TH keys on this crap - 5 daily keys, 1 earned key, and 5 keys I bought with oddments. I ended up with a total of 550 heartments, which is exactly enough to purchase either a bunch of flowers or the mask cosmetic override, but none of the other limited-time items. I could've had up to 1100 heartments to spend, if this bugged promo didn't keep lying about me not having enough space in my bank. I have 85 free slots available.

I reckoned the key buyers would have spares of the good items for sale on The Grand Exchange. I checked the price on the Coin of Enchantment. It was at 35.5M. I made an offer of 9.3M. I got the coin for 8,799,999gp. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

With the XP boost from my Coin of Enchantment still in effect, along with 1.2XP Live, I decided to train my melee skills some more early this morning.

I had fought a lot of deadly red spiders in the Varrock sewers on Saturday afternoon, after I had activated the coin for the first time and killed 61 poison spiders in Edgeville Dungeon. When I left the sewers, I was around 12k XP away from raising my Attack, Constitution, Defence, and Strength.

This morning I went back to Edgeville Dungeon. First, I completed a Prayer challenge by killing 10 zombies and burying their bones. Then I returned to battle the poison spiders for a bit. Soon I decided to head back to the Varrock sewers. I killed scores of deadly reds. At one point, I used the Flurry ability and had three of them attacking me at once - one in front of me, then two more from both sides. I kept killing the deadly reds until I reached Attack, Defence, and Strength level 95 as well as Combat Level 120! :) Killing two more deadly reds got me Constitution level 95! :) Since I have the Font of Life relic active, this means when I am fully healed, I have 10,000 Life Points! ^_^

My Total Level is 1672 (Virtual Level 1682).

I defeated one more deadly red spider with my brand new stats before I teleported out. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

While getting my melee skills up this morning, I had four medium prismatic lamps in my pack. I had bought these with 300 Oddments. I didn't want to use these lamps to raise my Attack, Constitution, Defence, or Strength - and it turned out that I didn't have to (see previous post). Instead, I used two of these lamps to gain over 29k Ranged XP. I then used the third lamp to get 14,573 Runecrafting XP. I logged out with one lamp left in my pack.

This afternoon, while mining gold ores north of Al Kharid, I rubbed this last medium prismatic lamp to gain 14,573 Dungeoneering XP. Since I was only 6,337 XP away from gaining the next level, this was more than enough for me to reach Dungeoneering level 93! :) I could now access Floor 47 - if I was a member.

My Total Level is 1673 (Virtual Level 1683).

Now I have three F2P skills at level 92. They are Firemaking, Runecrafting, and Woodcutting.

The rest are at level 93 or higher. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

Oh good. A sequel. That's just what we needed.

Jagex has inflicted yet another Yak Track grindfest "event" upon us starting today. This is the 10th Yak Track, in case you were wondering.

I completed Task #1 by speaking with Johanhus Ulsbrecht in Burthorpe and listening to his yakstory. The other option was Skilling and Killing 10 times.

I received the Bik Acolyte's Outfit cosmetic overrides.

For Task #2, I can earn 95,316 Dungeoneering XP or Skill and Kill 15 times.

I will be Skilling and Killing, of course. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

Yak Track - Path Of The Creators II update:

I completed Task #2 by Skilling and Killing 15 times in and around Lumbridge and Al Kharid. I killed three swamp frogs in Lumbridge Swamp near the Water Altar to finish this task. I got 6 earth runes and 3 water runes from the frogs.

I received the Ful Templar's Greataxe cosmetic override.

For Task #3, I can mine/fish 52 times (coal/salmon or better) or Skill and Kill 15 times.

I completed Task #3 after mining 52 mithril ores at the southwest Varrock mine. I also found 7 geodes in the process.

I received 2 small dwarven toolboxes, which I used to make a pair of dwarven ramhammers.

For Task #4, I can cook 500 foods (pike or better) or Skill and Kill 15 times.

Yak Track - Path Of The Creators II update:

I completed Task #4 by Skilling and Killing 15 times while working on the cooking task. I used 4 portable ranges I deployed near the Lumbridge Market bank chest to cook 406 tuna before the extended range vanished. I then teleported to Al Kharid, where I cooked a full inventory of tuna. Upon cooking the first tuna there, 407/500, the task was finished. I cooked a total of 434/500 tuna.

I received a medium prismatic star, which I used to gain 21,293 Smithing BXP.

For Task #5, I can earn 168,315 Smithing XP or Skill and Kill 20 times.

I will most likely do some smithing for the Skilling and Killing option on this task. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!
