One week ago, I raised both Mining and Smithing to level 86, thanks to mining a lot of addy and rune ores, as well as using 250 protean bars to do some protean rune smithing!
Earlier this hour, by doing a spot of Fishing on Tutorial Island and by completing a Cooking challenge(39 meat pizzas), I raised both of those skills...to level 86.
A pattern is emerging.
Dungeoneering, my lowest ranked F2P skill, is still at level 65, even after using two XP lamps on that skill within the past week, including one just last night. I'm getting slightly over 2, 000 Dungeoneering XP per small prismatic lamp.
Dungeoneering level 86 will take me considerably longer to reach. Bah.

On July 19th, 2016, I posted that I hoped to reach at least level 70 in all my F2P skills before the end of the year.
I am happy to announce I successfully reached that goal this morning by getting Dungeoneering level 70!
I reached Dungeoneering level 67 back on December 7th, level 68 on December 11th, and level 69 on December 15th.
So, have I been doing a lot of Dungeoneering these past couple of weeks? Hah!
No, I did use a medium XP lamp to help boost my Dungeoneering. However, most of the Dungeoneering XP I've recently earned came from using advanced pulse cores while doing quite a bit of seal sliding!
What...did you really think I've been spending so much time Dungeoneering the traditional way?
So with time to spare before 2016 comes to an end, I have managed to raise all my skills into the 70s and 80s, except for member skills(which are all at 5, except Invention of course). To be honest, I was beginning to wonder if Dungeoneering level 70 would have to wait until after the start of the new year - but I made it! Thank you Xmas event!

Happy New Year fellow citizens of Gielinor!
As I mentioned in the previous post, I managed to reach my final goal for 2016 before the end of the year - Dungeoneering level 70. It turned out my last XP gain before 2017 was actually Dungeoneering 71! Now who saw that coming? I sure didn't!
A few hours ago, I got my first skill gain for 2017: Smithing level 87! Yes, I am now able to smith rune maces! See, this is why I am of two minds regarding the upcoming Mining/Smithing rework. While it will be nice to have additional ores to work with(presuming any of the new ores will be F2P), I really hope the rebalancing of the tables won't result in suddenly being able to smith every rune item at level 50, with no further incentive beyond that for free players to keep leveling Smithing! We should always have goals. We need to continue striving for new gains. Otherwise, what is the point? We may as well "train" bankstanding!
I've not decided upon any new goals for this new year so far. A bit early for that, in my estimation. Who knows, maybe I'll go for Dungeoneering level 72!

Last night I managed to raise Prayer to level 75, Guthix be praised!
This was accomplished by completing another Big Bones challenge, after showing off my dance moves at the Spring Fayre.
I'm not certain which skill I'll raise next...but with a Double XP Weekend coming up, I should be able to make some good gains.

Earlier today I managed to raise my Smithing from level 87 to level 89, thanks to some portable forges and 550 protean bars!
