Yak Track - Forinthry Frontier update:

The 14th Yak Track has arrived. 70 tiers to this one. Ugh.

Tasks I have completed so far:

Task #1 - I spoke with the Royal Representative in Burthorpe and listened to his yakstory.

I received a small cash bag.

Task #2 - I Skilled and Killed 20 times.

I received 2 advanced pulse cores.

Task #3 - I Skilled and Killed 20 times.

I received 2 combat training dummies.

Task #4 - I Skilled and Killed 20 times.

I received 2 small dwarven toolboxes.

Task #5 - I Skilled and Killed 20 times.

I received a medium cash bag.

Task #6 - I Skilled and Killed 30 times.

I received a medium XP lamp.

Task #7 - I Skilled and Killed 30 times.

I received a small protean pack.

Task #8 - I Skilled and Killed 30 times.

I received 2 easy clue scrolls and a medium BXP star.

Task #9 - I mined 460/455 ores (60 coal/100 mithril/adamantite/luminite/runite).

I received the Linnet pet and 2 cinder cores.

Task #10 - I caught 106/100 fish (47 swordfish and 59 tuna).

I received a medium BXP star.

Task #11 - I Skilled and Killed 40 times.

I received a medium XP lamp.

Task #12 - I Skilled and Killed 40 times.

I received 50 silverhawk down.

Task #13 - I Skilled and Killed 40 times.

I received 2 protean powerups.

Task #14 - I Skilled and Killed 40 times.

I received a medium cash bag.

Task #15 - I mined 460/455 ores (60 coal/100 mithril/adamantite/luminite/runite).

When I logged in this evening, I needed 6,147 XP to get to the next Dungeoneering level.

I won a medium phoenix lamp from Treasure Hunter. I rubbed this lamp and gained 16,839 Dungeoneering XP, which got me to Dungeoneering level 98! :)

My Total Level is 1726 (Virtual Level 1740).

I am now 44 skill levels from being a maxed free player (not counting Necromancy). 22 of the 44 levels I still need (exactly half) are in Dungeoneering.

My list of skill levels on page 116 has been updated.

The phoenix lamp turned into a medium smouldering lamp, which I used to gain an additional 17,293 Dungeoneering XP.

Now all of my F2P skills are either at level 97 or level 99, not counting virtual levels, except for Dungeoneering - at level 98. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

This evening, I converted 800 oddments into two additional TH keys.

I got five large XP lamps from the first key, and two huge XP lamps from the second.

I used the huge lamps to gain Attack and Constitution XP.

I used two large lamps to gain Defence XP, two more large lamps to gain Strength XP, and one large lamp to gain Dungeoneering XP.

I did not reach any new skill levels, but rubbing these lamps did put me a little over 230,000,000 in Total XP. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

For completing the Mining option for Task #9 on the current Yak Track tonight, I received the Linnet pet. This is my 68th pet.

The Spring Festival is back.

The usual activities have all returned, along something new this year - lost Easter Baskets.

While training Prayer and Fletching, I found two maps leading to an Easter Basket.

The first basket contained a Striped Easter Egg, a daily D&D reset token, and a small butterfly jar. The second basket contained a Spikey Easter Egg, a Dancer Outfit token, and a small Dungeoneering token box.

The butterfly jar is a useless, unbankable member item, so I dropped it. I opened the Dungeoneering token box and banked everything else.

I earned 3,000 spring tokens at the Festival. Additional maps can be bought from the event shop for 1,000 tokens each. I expect I will spend my tokens on more maps, since the only other purchases I could make from the shop would be The Egg-Hunter title or lamps and stars. Aslon Dak: Still 'Scaping after 19 years!

I picked up another 1,000 spring tokens at the Spring Festival. Then I spent 2,000 tokens on two maps to lost Easter Baskets.

The first basket contained a Zigzag Easter Egg, a Fayre Dancer emote pack 1 token, and a large butterfly jar. The second basket contained a Striped Easter Egg, a spirit ruby, and a small butterfly jar.

I dropped the useless butterfly jars and banked the rest.
