Thanks Threes! Last night, I got one step closer. As I predicted, I managed to level one of my lowest skills. I reached Dungeoneering level 73!
I did it through actual Dungeoneering too, not just using lamps - although those did help along the way.
While training DG last night, I replaced my bound fractite platebody with a freshly smithed zephyrium version. When I cashed out everything at the end, I was about 1,800 rusty coins short of being able to buy one more zeph ore, which I'd hoped to do in order to upgrade my pickaxe. Maybe next time, though first I'd like to upgrade my bound platelegs from fractite to zephyrium. I also want to replace my bound fractite helm with a zephyrium longsword. After I upgrade my pickaxe, I can do the same with my hatchet. Then, I'd only need to find six zeph ores per dungeon to get to max gear, unless I find an argonite item to use. Worst case, I'd be stuck with a fractite/zephyrium mix of gear, which should be more than a match for any DG boss in F2P - at least the ones I have fought so far.
Last night, I fought a level 102 skeleton. I was using a novite longsword and an off-hand argonite rapier! Sure, I won but it took longer than it should have!
Now I only have two more DG levels to get before I can gain access to the Al-Kharid resource dungeon!

Nice work, Holly. Ashe is nearly there. Last I knew, she was at level 47.
Speaking of leveling Dungeoneering...
About an hour ago, I got to DG level 74!
Only one more level to reach until I can finally access the Al Kharid resource dungeon! This will provide me with a good source of uncut diamonds, which I'll need to fletch diamond bolts.
Since this is the final reward unlocked through F2P Dungeoneering, once I attain that goal, I can be DONE with DG!

All of that changed on 7 January 2019 as part of the Mining & Smithing rework:
The resource dungeon in the Al Kharid mine was open to F2P. However, you need DG level 75 to access it.
There are now several types of gem rocks located at the Al Kharid mine that are F2P! Anyone can mine common gem rocks for lapis lazuli, opal, jade, and red topaz gems. There are also uncommon gem rocks that yield sapphires, emeralds, and rubies, but to mine these you need at least level 20 Mining.
Inside the Al Kharid resource dungeon, there are precious gem rocks. These contain emeralds, rubies, and diamonds, but you need Mining 25 or more to mine them.

Tonight, while working towards level 75 Dungeoneering, I trained Fletching quite a bit. I even bought 6 bovistrangler branches with the rusty coins I had after completing another dungeon, and fletched those into traps. When I left Daemonheim tonight, I was 201 XP away from Fletching level 72.
I turned in my daily challenge, which was to complete a DG floor on Complexity 6. This gave me over 42,000 XP in Dungeoneering, so now I am just over 50,300 XP short of my goal of DG 75! Afterwards, I picked 12 flax in Taverley, and Crafted them into bowstrings. Then I teleported to Lumbridge. There, I claimed my free hamper of food from the Lumbridge Castle Cook, then ran to the roof and collected logs. I fletched and strung 8 shieldbows, and fletched 4 more unstrung shieldbows. This got me 1 XP away from the next Fletching level! However, I still had 4 bowstrings left. Stringing those bowshields put me over the threshold of Fletching level 72 by 39 XP!
Fletching is now in a three-way tie for my lowest-ranked F2P skill, along with Firemaking and Woodcutting. I have three other skills in the 70s: Crafting and Dungeoneering at level 74, plus Prayer at level 76. The rest are in the 80s and 90s.
Also today, I finished upgrading all my DG armor to argonite, after finding and binding a nice pair of argonite gauntlets. I also found another argonite 2h sword - and this time when I bound it to me, it actually went into the bind pool! It's in there, along with an argonite spear and my dual zephyrium longswords. Still no luck in finding an argonite hatchet or pickaxe. I also haven't found any of those three journals from the first 30 floors I've been lacking.
