As for QBD, I need more practice there... so far I've only killed her once; but yeah, hopefully one day I'll be able to camp her :) .

Yes, I enjoyed the day that I max very much. It meant a lot that so many people showed up and came to celebrate my big milestone with me. It definitely put a smile on my face and was really really nice to see everyone, especially a few that I have not seen in a while! ^_^ I'll talk more about my Maxing Party in later post down below.

Thanks so much for your post Ms! As I said to some other peeps above, it is really nice to not have to focus on skilling anymore, rather I have that freedom to do anything I like in-game - that feeling is awesome! :D And yes, I remember at the beginning you had quite a bit of levels ahead of me, I can't believe i beat you to max either; honestly thought you'd get your Max Cape before me :P . Guess it didn't turn out that way xD!

Thanks for post Matt, you're an awesome friend and I'm grateful to have you as a friend <3 ^_^ . I know you'll eventually reach the finishing line too! It's just a matter of time but like always, I'll be there in the end to congratulate you cause you deserve it for sure!!

I'd love to go for 120 Slayer with you Matt. I know how much we both love the Slayer skill so I'm really looking forward to doing this goal with you (as much as possible, when possible) Maybe we could plan to get 120 Slayer on the same day - double party FTW?! :P

It was my pleasure to host the drop party, I'm glad you got some nice stuff from it. It was just a small gesture to say "thank you" to everyone for their on-going and generous support on here and ingame ^_^ .

Hey, it was you who suggested that I try Bandos GWD on my own - and I did; after though, I fell in love with solo bossing and it's all thanks to you Matt!

As you can probably tell, this week's posts and updates is gonna be a bit on the long side. Bare with me and props to everyone who manages to read everything to the end without going (Z)zz... :P

So, other than my Maxing Party which was held on January 21 - I will talk more about this in a separate post down below, so stay tuned for that!

In other news though, I've been continuing my trips to the GWD dungeon whenever I feel like it. I have to admit I really do enjoy bossing there and it's all thanks to one person who got me started/into solo bossing... you know who you are! ^_^ I'm enjoying all the drops I've been getting as well, they all add up eventually and plus, a drop is a drop no matter what it is ;) .

I also managed to smith my second piece of
Superior Tetsu
Armour this past week, though I have to admit I need to be more careful :P I didnt check how much exp it would give me in Smithing before I did it... but thankfully it left me with 180xp till 99 Smithing (this of course, was just before my Max Party) A very close one indeed, ahahah!

The only Comp Req I managed to complete this past week was unlocking the
'of the Crwys'
title, hey, it's still progress right?! xD

I've also started collecting harmonic dust so I can get my own Crystal Pickaxe and Woodcutting Axe. At the moment, I have enough for my Crystal Pickaxe but I haven't been able to get myself to buy a dragon pickaxe off the GE... not really wanting to spend 17M on the pickaxe, lol. Someone wanna buy one for me?! :P (lol, just kidding - half kidding XD)

Over the past weekend, I've been doing a lot of Questing, I'm starting to really grind out these quests and do as many as possible when I'm in the mood. Most of them aren't too bad, just not looking forward to some of the boss fights I still have to endure. Hopefully I'll do fine though. I'm abit nervous to be honest, lol :| .

Well, well, the day that I finally max has come and gone. That day will definitely go down in my Runescape history as one of my most memorable days <3. It is amazing to see a community of people come together for lil old me xD I am blessed and truly grateful to be part of such a great community and have all the friends that I do in-game. I don't take friendships for granted because I know everyone is special, unique and different in their own way ^_^ .

When I look back on that that faithful day in April (the 25th), the day I returned to playing Runescape again; I never knew or imagined I would be maxed in just eight months! This journey has been filled with good memories with both "new" and "old" friends - without you guys, I wouldn't be where I am today. You guys definitely played a HUGE part in my success and I thank you all of you for that, from deep within my heart.

I would like to give a special mention/shout-out to the following people (in no particular order):

These people have gone above and beyond to help me and support me on my journey to Maxing. I'm really happy to call this clan my home and huge thanks to everyone in it for making my time so far, in the clan, amazing and lots of fun! I've achieved a lot since joining the clan - I'm so happy I got to share many of my 99 moments with everyone in this clan. Love this clan!! <3 :D

To cap it all off, I can safely say my Max Party along with my journey to Max is now complete. It feels like I've come a full circle in my Runescape journey - from my very first 99, to the last, I've enjoyed every bit of it!!

I forgot to mention, thank you for the amazing turn-out/attendance at my Max Party. It was my pleasure to host the drop party and I really hope everyone got at least something nice from it. It was my way and a small gesture to say thank you to everyone for all their support!

Now that I've achieved Max, please feel free to check out the first & second page of my thread for my current/next goals on Runescape. May the journey continue! ^_^ I'm looking forward to achieving much much more beyond Max; and I bid you all to come along with me! ;)

Really glad you are liking bossing...seems you have been getting into that quite a lot lately and hopefully some nice drops too! And I know, I swear one of these days I will go with you guys..maybe towards the end of this goal (so my stats are higher :D ). I hope your questing will continue to be okay, and I won't be looking forward to those boss fights either...yikes. I'm sure you will be fine though! ^_^

how much you have achieved in 2014! I guess I never realized how much you actually did achieve but seeing your list there really puts it into perspective. WOW! :O It's been a pleasure getting to you know you this past year and I want you to know that you've helped me out tremendously too! ^_^

Best of luck with Completionist reqs, 120 DG/Slayer, and Quest Cape!! I know you will be able to achieve every last one! Talk to you in-game and I hope you feel better soon!

P.S. - Don't forget Grey's comes back on this week. Also, don't know if you heard but Patrick Dempsey and his wife are divorcing :(

I loved reading your long post, it was very sweet ^_^

Looking back from when you started playing again in Apr 25th shows your immense dedication, motivation and resilience which is really admirable :) It's brilliant to see that you're slowly knocking off all them Completionist requirements - Questing will certainly become more interesting when you get to the Grandmaster Quests. It's cool that you're into PvM too, maybe one day we can go bossing together :)

It's been truly amazing following your thread from when I first made my own G&A, and I can't wait to see you flourish more as you progress in RS! (120 Slayer, are you crazy? ;) )

Hey Haha! Lots of effort into your posts there, great to read through!

Glad you enjoyed your maxing party, it was a proud day for you... I am sure there will be more occasions worth big celebrations when you can achieve current and future goals :D

You are making nice progress with the quests too for somebody who isn't very keen on questing! I have a recommendation for the quests... I know you dislike them and don't really like to read the dialogue, but when/if you ever get around to doing the pirate series of quests please read the dialogue, they are funny quests! A clockwork syringe is my favourite quest just because I think its pretty funny :P
There is still some good quests even for people not interested in lore, and I've always thought the pirate quests and penguin quests are just funny even for people who don't usually like to quest purely because they have value in their comedy, and who doesn't like to smile/laugh?! (I know you do like the penguin quests though, you mentioned it in a previous post to me here :P ). Just my suggestion.

Looking at your other goals the 120 slayer stands out as probably most most time consuming goal you'll have, so I imagine its how most your playtime will get spent in the future. Hopefully a long but fun road for you with that goal :D
