@ Chronostasis

Hi hi :3 I'm really looking forward to going for 120 Slayer - it is one of my favourite skills so the road to 120 will be lots of fun ^_^ and hopefully some nice loot along the way!

Questing has been an adventure and I enjoy some of the quests so it's been good; though I think, as the weeks go on and I get into more difficult quests, it should be interesting then :P . Watch my updates for more details, hehe.

@ Ms Cole

I'd bet you'll have your Comp Cape before me ;) ! Thanks for popping in again!

@ Lucatil

Hey Lucky! Good to see you back in here ^_^ !!! Definitely been a long time!!! Questing isn't my favourite thing to do on this game but once I'm in the mood to do them, I get them done... and doesn't seem all that bad anymore! Just have to be in the mood, I guess :P .

Keep working towards max, I know you'll get there one day XD... Never give up!!

@ Semp

Hey Semp! To answer your question at the end, I'd say all the Task Set rewards have something unique to offer and they come in handy at some point. The ones I have completed are Ardougne, Falador, Seer's Village, and Lumbridge/Draynor.

Out of the four sets I've completed I'd say the Seer's Village rewards stands out ot me the most because the Seer's headband 4 acts as a light source and that's really useful for quests since using the headband will never go out (as a light source) unlike if you use Candles (they have a chance of being extinguished.)

Apart from that, Ardougne Cloak 4 and Falador shield 4 can be helpful for farming - doing herb runs - if you do that daily... hopefully my answer helps you out! :D

Back from another week of adventures O_o but first let's get some business-y stuff out of the way. I will be working IRL all of next week (week of March 16th - 20th) from 10am to 6pm EST time therefore, I will not be creating a weekly progress log for that week as I suspect my progress in-game will be dramatically decreased with less time I have/being able to spend in-game. Normal progress shall resume the week after ^_^ .

*Business-y stuff ends here*

Righty-O! Now back to the updates!

First off, the two completionist requirements I managed to tick off my list this past week are completing the
Hopespear's
mini-quest and recovering all of
Bando's memories
on Yu'biusk.

Collecting all of Bandos's memories took literally no time at all - glad to get that out of the way... nice and simple!

For the mini-quest, that was pretty straightforward as well, had to create another goblin potion and disguise myself as a goblin again to fight some more undead goblins O_o (without using armour or weapon)... Easy enemies to kill as they're low levelled, then I had to bury the bones I picked up on Yu'biusk... another req done and out of the way!

Lastly, Questing... I completed more quests this past week and I really want to talk about two quests:
The Firemaker's Curse
&
The Mighty Fall.

First off, the Firemaker's Curse... the goddamn puzzles in this quest were SO annoying to do :@ !! Then when I finally got to the boss - it took me two tries to defeat her - not the most fun boss ever (in my opinion).

And for the Mighty Fall... overall, I thought this quest was pretty fun to do. Had a bit of a *facepalm* situation when I started the fight with Yelps (the first of three bosses I had to kill) without setting my mainhand spell, so I spent forever trying to set the spell whilst dodging Yelp's special move and trying to kill off his bodyguards... fun times O_o ... lol.

Though, the best part is... I managed to kill the main boss General Graardor on the very first try!!! :D He was no easy boss and definitely not an easy fight (with his three special moves that can deal high damage). In the end, I won the fight with one rocktail left in my inventory ^_^ . So happy with the end result of this quest, haha!!

Once again, never a dull moment around here!

Also... let's start a new countdown shall we?! :P The countdown to my Quest Cape has begun!!! As of this post...

Well if it isn't the noble Queen of Quests! :D

I'm amazed at how fast you're pulling these quests at the hat considering how much you absolutely hate them! (Hi-5) and I'm sure you're enjoying reaping in all the rewards that you're getting from them. I really should start work on my quest cape, but, meh. :P Good to see you took Graardor down on the first attempt, he's such a little cutie, Awwdor :D

It sucks that you have to work this week, but on the other hand money is always good to have! Thanks for the Co-Op slayer tasks that we've been doing, had fun as always! ^_^

Woohoo, just 20 quests to go. :) You're almost there. I like the penguin series as well! I 'lol' because I felt the same way after completing Firemaker's Curse. My head was aching for at least a couple of days after that one! Trust me, though, now you can take on anything... :P

I'm sure you'll enjoy those Barrows gloves, along with the Falador Shield 4! Nicely done on obtaining both. It's great to see you're continuing to progress through those Comp. cape requirements, too. Plus, as always, your experience milestones are outstanding. Great job!

@ Mr M West

Thanks for the message and support :) . I appreciate it so much!

@ Motley807

Thanks for the post Matt, and yeah it has been nice reaping in all the rewards from the quests I've been doing. You should definitely do the World Wakes quest so you have access to ultimate abilities. They are so worth it! ^_^

@ Lead Wolf

Oh god, lol! I'm glad I finally got that quest done. I knew even before I started the quest that it was going to be an annoying one. Glad we only have to do quests once and then never have to worry about them again!

As always thanks for the kind words, I will surely continue my journey for that Comp Cape and yes I'm still enjoying it - progress might be slow at times but hey, any progress whether big or small is still progress! And I'm happy with that :D .

I'm backkkk! I know it has been two weeks since I last posted on here. As I mentioned in my previous post, I have been very busy with work IRL this past week thus I have not made much progress on my Runescape goals. Thank you all for being patient with me, normal progress should resume this week as my week of work is over! :P

This week's update will consist of updates for week of 03/09 to 03/15 and 03/16 to 03/22 .

Let's start with updates for 03/09 to 03/15 ...
First off, the completionist reqs I managed to complete (the only one, actually!) are finding all the scroll pieces for the
Reefwalker's Cape
in Player Owned Ports. Well, I'm glad I finally got that one out of the way as now I can move on to something better!

Next up, let's talk about my progress in Questing... I'm pretty pleased that I was able to complete three grandmaster level quests in one day. Let's go into details a bit more for each one, shall we?

I quite enjoyed doing the
World Wakes
quest - the quest was combat heavy, having to kill a lot of different bosses but it was nice to fight the GWD bosses in a different atmosphere and the fact that they use a bit of different attacks at times. I managed to die twice while doing this quest though. *facepalm*... the first time was because I didn't bother to move out of the way when one of Kree'arra's tornados got close to me. Second time was when I was running through the room and Char was dropping fires/fireballs everywhere...Ouch O_o . I found Enakhra to be the most challenging boss - with her healing, etc.

The next quest I did was
The Void Stares Back
- Everything went smoothly until the boss fight at the end. I didn't die at this boss but I had to tele out the first cause I forgot to put brews in my pack yak... fail. I had a bit of trouble keeping the Queen from healing herself, I knew what I had to do after reading a few guides and watching a youtube video but it seems some things were easier said than done :P haha. I eventually took the Queen down but not after a loong fight... Lol.

The last quest was
Nomad's Requiem
- the little puzzles in this quest weren't that bad (with a guide), the most annoying part was taking down the giant decaying avatar as it can heal itself 3 times if you don't get to the root that spawns in time. The fight with Nomad himself was a joke... Too easy!!

And now... a smaller update for the week of 03/16 to 03/22 ...
Here's a list of all the things I achieved this past week:
-- 38 & 39M
Dungeoneering
XP reached!
-- 110
Dungeoneering
achieved!
-- 14M
Thieving
XP reached!

Lastly, continuing on with my countdown to
Quest Cape...
