Ok so a short update from me, in real life I've started my training for my new job and am no longer a Lidl employee (thank god...), but on Monday I came down with a cold, which has turned into a stomach flu, which is pretty much knocking me out for the whole week. This wouldn't be too bad cause I'm on my reading week (so no placement) but I have exams next week!

Anyway, it is, as you all know, double experience weekend! So I'm on training a variety of skills as the wind takes me, mostly I have been in the Hefin Cathedral training Prayer and have managed to get around 4/5m prayer experience today, hopefully more over the weekend!

Still no sign of my Ralph pet, however

So (a bit late in recapping) double experience weekend is over! And I thought I might as well update my thread entailing what I got up to over that weekend. I mostly spent my time between skills and then training Prayer whenever the Voice of Seren was over , maximising those Prayer gains! I also managed to complete a few Elite Clue Scrolls along the way. The experience is split as below:

I also managed to fit in a trip to Nex with my good friend, Livid. Albeit I nearly killed him twice it was a good trip, made up for it with back to back Torva drops, as well as some good regular drops like back to back Onyx Bolts (e). It's something that I'm now enjoying as I don't feel rushed at Nex, compared to when I first tried it out. Let's hope next time I don't try to kill Livid by screwing up!

Pretty much the focus this week (including Monday) was to start looking at some quests. Initially the idea was to complete the void series so I could have access to elite void armour, which is often stated as a good armour to have to solo Nex with, however I have yet to start trying to obtain the rest of the armour (as the chest is already unlocked as a reward from completing the Void Stares Back)

Now I also hate to admit this but sometimes Livid is right in what he tells me, he kept telling me to complete the World Wakes so that I have access to the abilities that are unlocked as a result of completing the quest (without needing to complete the 'required' quests), however I thought I might as well complete all of the required quests as well just so I wouldn't have to venture back to get the rest of my rewards. Boy did this open a can of worms...

Generally all of the quests were quite good, there weren't many that annoyed me and I only lost my temper once or twice, mainly on the Firemakers' Curse quest, because the fires kept going out whilst I was on the last one, or they wouldn't light in the right place. I also enjoyed the handsome experience rewards as anyone would, putting any lamp that I could into , any combat lamp into .

Then to top it all off I completed the first two sets of Desert tasks to unlock the Desert Amulet 2, which will help when it comes to doing Penguin Hide and Seek. Oh I also finished the penguin quests to access that eleventh penguin! Below are all the quests that I finished.

Are we looking at the same man? Cause like I'm nowhere near this 'lovely' you talk about. Ehh it's life that Ralph hasn't appeared yet, thanks to RNGesus, guess I'm just getting luck instead at bossing trips. Catch you ingame my dear!

To be totally honest most of the quests were so easy, like taking fruit from an american, just the odd quest that, in your words, "sucked major ass". Eloquent as ever my dear Semp.

I'll try to play on the weekends but I have things to do so I don't necessarily manage to get online, I'll have a few weeks on in August but still pretty packed until then. See you over the weekend (maybe).

So apologies for my absence on this thread (and ingame I guess) - I have recently started my new job so I'm now out of the house from 8am - 9pm so I don't have time in the evenings to play Runescape, that is reserved for the weekends when I'm also doing household things and university work, so my playtime is going to be reduced for the next year or so until I graduate.

When I do play Runescape, I just usually afk thieve, or just do a bit of slayer, maybe sometimes follow people spotting penguins and spend 99% of my time insulting Semp.
