Hello and welcome to my thread, 'Road to Completionists'!

After completing my first goal on the thread of finally obtaining my Max Cape, I set upon the next goal of finding the pesky little critter known as Ralph whilst Thieving, over the year of Thieving I gained millions upon millions of experience but still didn't find him, to the point where my goal changed to getting 120 Thieving, which has recently been completed.

Now I've moved the goalposts to an even bigger goal, the biggest I've ever gone for, cause I'm not scared to go for it unlike some people... - replacing my Max Cape with the legendary . This won't be an easy goal but I know with everyone's support I'm sure I won't have a problem! Plus it allows me the variety of doing whatever I want to do!


So, for starters my name is Matt. I'm 26 and live in North-West England. I finished my degree in Diagnostic Radiography receiving an upper second classification (2:1) - meaning I now work in a hospital as a Radiographer! Before then I was a Duty Manager and Customer Assistant at the same shop.

I have been playing Runescape on-and-off for the past 12 years, with my 15-year veteran cape due to be unlocked around September 2019. My first 99 was Cooking in the summer of 2008, and then my next one came a while afterwards. My favourite skill by far is Slayer, and I continue to train it after 99, maybe one day I will be going for and achieve 120 Slayer!

The newest skill, obviously one of the basics for Completionists' is having the Max Cape (again) - so let's get digging up the past in the present, and celebrate in the future. This may take a few years at least!

Not really going to be looking forward to this, so will try to extend then do my dailies in dungeoneering, jump into sinkholes more often and then maybe bribe my friends to come and do a few larges with me for fun. That is, even though I'm shit at proper dungeoneering.

Ok so this time I'm throwing back to a past goal! It is well known that I hate completing quests, especially shown recently when I refused to do 'Impressing the Locals' to get access to Ancestral Energies to train Divination... So this one is simple, to get and keep the Quest Point Cape!

To be honest, Quests and Tasks tend to go hand in hand, and the initial plan is to go through the Quests first, which should then leave me with little to no requirements to complete the tasks, and therefore be able to complete them quickly. Obviously the only thing holding me back now is the quest requirements as I already have all the levels needed!

Ever since my first solo trip to Bandos I've always had a taste for bossing, spending hours at a time at a boss hoping to get their prized possessions and either sell them or use them! Obviously my main goal, , cost an absolute fortune, enough to completely drain my bank, so the plan is to do trips to the newer bosses in-game solo or duo with my clan mates to recoup that loss.
