Please check that your mobile operation system is up to date. Then, try reinstalling the game and see if that resolves the issue. If you're able to provide more details it might help Jagex. I've left an article from Support Centre for troubleshooting the issue.

I have a samsung galaxy a21s with android 10 and can kinda play the mobile version, but it crashes alot. I can set my self up in a location to mine on my pc and then log in on my phone to carry on mining. But if I try to move somewhere else it always crashes. I have all settings to their lowest, and even fps at 15, but this still doesn't help. so not really worth using the mobile version till the bugs are fixed. Shame as I am away alot, and cant always access the game on my pc

Minimap should not be on bottom .. I think you should consider swapping your UX designers :) I understand placing nav bars on bottom in mobile is good thing but it applies only in WEB .. This new UI layout making mobile gaming less intuitive and harder, its hard to click on this, overlapping half of skill bar is crazy problem. Most ppl using minimap maximized all the time.

Hey yall. Mobile crashes regularly as well as freezing animations. Usally a near empty world will prolong the connection. But even then on for an hr tops. P2p is not much monthly. But with the other I game purchases. It's becoming a huge issue.
