After 12 years of having iPhone, I finally got a Samsung S20 Ultra. I have more than 14 hours on RS Mobile in the first 24 hours of owning the phone and haven't experience any bugs or systemic issues at all. Don’t put your hand where you wouldn’t put your pecker.

I have a different issue. When I try to login to the mobile version, I get an error saying that my password/username is incorrect when it clearly is not. IDK what sort of issue that is on the JAGEX end, but I tried resetting my password as well and it still doesn't recognize my account as being valid. :(

Mobile, Android, Pixel 4, Member and new to game. I'm loving the lore and wish I'd started playing years ago. Content is absorbing and vast!

One thing that I'm having a hard time with, is the quest/ NPC dialog. It is unbearably slow. Everything else flows at a good speed and I have no lag or connection issues. But speaking to an NPC often takes minutes (literally) before I can click on the next icon (right arrow).
I'm talking to BowlOfTrix now and he has been saying "Be well" for nearly 5 minutes lol. The people and players in the background are still moving, so it's not frozen per se. If I click outside of the dialog, I have to start the whole interaction over again. (I can make a video showing real time, if that'd be helpful).

My settings are currently on power saver, but I've tried the balanced setting too. I pick servers with not too many people playing. Is anybody else on mobile having the same issue? Not sure what else I can try, but open to suggestions?

For now I'm avoiding quests and just exploring and leveling up skills - hoping it will get better. At some point though, I guess it will become just unavoidable and there's no way I will be able to play this slowly and still have fun. I hope this can be fixed!

At the time of the crash I was: about to log in.
Can it be reproduced?: yes, it happens each time I try to log in but if I am able to avoid it then then the game just freezes. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and logging in through different servers but still got the same result (either crash or freeze).

I am not able to find any workaround and need help since this is happening for more than a week now.
