I have been one of the early access players on mobile, both on old school and on RS3 mobile but did not receive the EXCLUSIVE FOUNDER'S PACK as advertised. I use a Samsung Galaxy S7, and have fully updated android software, so don't understand what is the issue.

I play on the laptop as well as on my phone. I have signed out and back in, and even rebooted several times. My son uses the same phone service I do, so it isn't related to Verizon.

I don't understand what happened? Where is the promised founder's pack?

Hello ,

How are you? I'm really excited about the launch of Runescape Mobile! I wasn't able to try the beta versions, but with the early access launch, I was excited to finally be playing on my daily commute. The day of launch my Galaxy S6, with the Android Version of 7.0, says that it's incompatible to download the early access game. I would really love to be able to play on my phone. It would be so great to just have easy access to playing any time I'm free.

I’ve tried and tried to confirm Email for early access I know players personal who have beta on iPhone and I have never got my email after many attempts to gain early access I pay to play when I do play love the game and getting kinda mad I can*t even get a email I’m promised after I hit send

Are there instructions for using the mobile app???? The target audience is clearly people who dedicate their lives to a phone, but I sure could use a couple hints. Like what do the buttons do? The icons don't seem to match anything in the game.

Edit: one other thing. Is there some reason the normal client cannot save our password input? The phone don't mind doing it. I would definitely click any 'at your own risk' options you come up with. I'm not about to login with any random machine. And if someone is already on my computer they could just fetch my logins in about 10 seconds.

I've downloaded the beta on 2 devices and both show only a black screen. This is for a Samsung phone SM-J727V (Android 8.1.0, Samsung Experience 9.5) and a Samsung tablet SM-T387V (Android 9, Security patch level 8/1/2019, hardware version REV0.4).

I have been playing RS on my mobile since it was released, yesterday I read about the Founder's pack but, even though I played as usual and even I uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my cell phone, the pack is nowhere to be found. Either it is an Easter egg or I'm missing something because I have found no other Runescape app than the beta I installed long time ago and I have been updating when needed, or reinstalling when needed.
