Hello. I have an account issue where I made a mobile account through game center and now i cannot log into my account on my pc. I tried linking my email, but for one, it's already linked to an email I don't have, and two, whenever I press the link button it says "link cannot be accessed on this platform. What can I do?

Running in to a cutscene problem during the kings randsom quest. It will not allow me to select any options after calling my first witness the screen goes unresponsive to tap but I can still drag the screen. I only hope this is fixable on my end and I can get a handle on it. I’ve tried multiple settings switching on and off to no avail but you guys would have a greater knowledge as to what the problem

Good evening, first of all thanks for such a great game. Please I beg you to attend to me and do not ignore my request. Please!!
A few days ago I am playing with my daughter and I access my account, surprisingly it appears that she is banned. Never use tipjar never gave gold, or give away, or lend. Please make a more precise evaluation of my account, I beg you, this game is the only thing that distracts me and makes me forget so many problems. Please if you can send me some evidence, sorry but maybe you just made a mistake like we all do, but I swear I never broke any rules of the game with my account. my player nickname GT-Nami
To highlight I only play on the phone, I use the pc only for quests or really difficult activities. Just imagine all the effort required to upload an account on the phone having so many limitations and that from one moment to another they ban my account for no reason. please evaluate my situation

Not sure if this is for every mobile user or If it’s a glitch from latest update. Trying to doGarden of Tranquility quest on my iPhone 13 or iPad. I am almost at the end and whenever I try and use the trolley to put a statue on it, the statue just disappears and a flashing yellow arrow points to the trolley. No matter what I do the statue never appears and I can** move the trolley at all. I’ve reported a bug in-game so hopefully it’ll get fixed. Any help would be grand.

Late reply but yes, this is a mobile only bug. Jagex was aware of this bug a few weeks ago and it might be fixed now.

If it's still now fixed, here's a simple solution:

Push the statue on the board and when it disappears, run away until you can*t see the pallet and statue and run back and it should be on there.

Or...

If you have access to a PC, finish the quest on there.

I was thinking on osrs client/runelite you got f key options and I know mobile is limited ... but I had an awesome idea or terrible that a lot of current mobile only players would not like. A Bluetooth Footboard that you can bind * keys too to make bossing much easier on mobile, maybe too easy? for example 1 peddle would be inventory the next prayer book, mage book. So you guys make the osrs bluetooth footboard, sell it to your gamers :D
