Stop try finding the problem out by the players!!!! THOUSANDS ATM CANT ACCES THE APP ...IS JUST CRASHED ,SYSTEM OF YOURS JMODS THE APP IS CRASHED......NOT THE FAULT OR ISSUES BY THE CUSTOMERS PLAYERS.....RESOLVE THIS FAST OR MEMBERSHAP DAYS ARE RUINING ALREADY FOR COUPLE OF DAYS!!WHAT WE GET BACK? 0.0 DAYS HOURS SECONDS!! STOP RUIN THIS SERVER INSOLVED WELL ..RECHECK THE OSRS APP DATAS FIX THE ISSUES STOP ACTING CHECK GOOGLE ACCOUNT OR NETWORK SOFTWARE BLABLAAA ...WE WERE ABLE TO PLAY FOR SO LONG TIME AND NOW WE CANT ACCES!!?? ABIT LOGICA COME ON THE ISSUES ARE YOU GUYS JMODS DOING THE JOB BAD!!! STOP ASKING AROUND JUST REFRESH OR RESET THE OSRS APP SO WE CAN ACCES AGAIN TO PLAY AGAIN!!! ONCE MORE PROBLEM NOT WE THE PLAYERS THE PROBLEM YOURS SYSTEM AND SEVER!!!

I keep getting a message that says failed to connect to server but my internet (Data,WiFi) are both working , I have an iPhone 11 pro max so I have the latest iOS , I’ve been trying to log in for 3 days now an I just keep getting the same message , pleeeeeeassseeeee fix this 🙏🏼 MikeJGOAT

The problem has nothing to do with email addresses. I cant even get to the point of putting in an email address. It says "failed to connect to server. Please check your internet connection. Retrying in 5,4,3,2,1... I paid 6 mill for a bond and havent been able to log on mobile for 5ish days. I totally think the players should be reimbursed for lost time. Its not my fault i cant play. Its Runescapes fault. It takes alot of hours grinding to be able to afford a bond. My time has almost been cut in half and still going to be able to grind for another bond. Not everyone has money to buy a bond. I wont be able to play members anymore because of this problem. Thats not cool at all..

I have been unable to access the game, which I play exclusively via mobile, for several days now. As other players have reported, I try to open the game but am presented with a ‘Failed to contact server. Please check your internet connection. Automatically retrying in 5...’ but this just loops. I pay a subscription for a service (membership) and my access has been revoked by this issue, which is entirely Jagex’s fault. Please reinstate access, and provide at least the appropriate days’ worth of membership as compensation. I would expect in-game compensation too, for the loss of hours of game time in which I would have made a lot of progress/gp.

Ive been playing OSRS on my IOS iphone6 a lot lately, but as of two days ago ive been unable to connect .... my wifi is on with excellent signal and my data has excellent signal, but everytime the app says fail to contact server.... =(
anyone else got the same issue?
