I have been unable to access the game, which I play exclusively via mobile, for several days now. As other players have reported, I try to open the game but am presented with a ‘Failed to contact server. Please check your internet connection. Automatically retrying in 5...’ but this just loops. I pay a subscription for a service (membership) and my access has been revoked by this issue, which is
entirely Jagex’s fault.
Please reinstate access, and provide at least the appropriate days’ worth of membership as compensation. I would expect in-game compensation too, for the loss of hours of game time in which I would have made a lot of progress/gp.
