Hello i got a quick question. i was approved for the ios beta but i just got a new phone that happens to be an android. its not allowing me to download the app on my android so do i have to wait till the full release of the mobile game before i can play on mobile again? keep in mind i already have the full mobile app downloaded on my iphone, but im going to be using my new android so i kinda was wondering if i can get it switched over please and thank you

Just got a new tablet it's a icraig 9 inch high definition slimbook can u look into why it's not working bought it just to play this game it says it's not compatible

I was using the app from Beta release up until about two weeks ago. I use a google Pixel. Everything is updated. I can open the app and put in my login information but when I actually click on the 'log in' button, the app closes. "Stops working". This hasn't happened until just recently. Uninstalled the app, did a factory reset on my phone and nothing.

Please help. Any suggestion is appreciated.

I can't open the app, my error it's your device isn't compatible with this version, and I was playing a while ago and I have Android 6.0.1, what's happening?

Please any suggestion?

Here's my problem, appeared after today's update like couple hours ago:

I got Android 7.1.1 (Samsung Galaxy J5 2016) and been using OSRS (Beta) since 5.7.2018 already. Now after update, it started downloading the client n stopped with the error message: "Old School Runescape has encountered a problem. Your client needs updating. Opening store page..."

It didn't open the page and now when trying to search for "Old School Runescape" in Play Store, it's nowhere to be found. Tried deleting the beta version and search again, no such a luck.

Only way I found it, was through the browser and there it keep telling me that my device is not compatible with this version and wont let me download it, even though I have the latest Android updates (7.1.1) and was working perfectly for 4,5months before todays update.

Please help a mobile grinder out, appreciated!

The exact same thing is happening to me and there is no word at all from jagex staff on the forums or social media saying anything about it and I'm worried, I wna finish getting my trawler outfit need just one more piece goddamnit!
