Day three and a half of not being able to play a game that I PAY for MEMBERSHIP for... regardless of if you invest time to earn bonds or pay via CC you make an agreement with Jagex that you will be able to access member content on RS for the length of membership you apply to your account. For them to let this be down for this long is false advertising... near theft. And yes sure say I’m making a big deal out of it but the issue isn’t just me. It does effect me heavily...as I’m mobil only so have no way to play what I paid for... but the issue is ALL the people in the same boat. Let’s due some basic math. Jagex THEMSELVES say they have 1,000,000 PAYING MEMBERS. Let’s be conservative and say only 5% of that conservative number, guess (they said that a year ago) are mobil only and this have had 0 access to the game. Right now a bond costs 6.99$. The app have been down for CONSERVATIVELY three days. There was a few hours four days ago it was down for me as well but I’ll just ignore that.
A bond gives you mems for 15 days. ( I’m giving them a extra day to make the math easier, and to be kind to them so if there is any leeway it’s there way, not the alternative) 3 days is 20% of that. 1.40$ per person wasted with no promise from jagex. Now let’s multiply that by my very very conservative guess of 5% of the 1,000,000 player base . 50,000 players; at 1.40$ a player. At this point in time; if the game gets back on RIGHT NOW; jagex owes us, the player base, at LEAST , 87,000$... pretty messed up if they’re really not going to do anything about it...
