So according to the OSRS app it can*t connect with server check your internet. Yet I’ve tried 4G 3G as well as wifi and still can*t connect. To add insult to injury the app works of my iPad. On the same wifi network but my mobile won’t. The tablet took a few goes to work. Funny enough I’m writing this reply on my iPhone so clearly have a network connection. Last few days has been harder to connect on mobile. Not sure if it’s a bug with the IOS version of the app. Not sure what’s happening but it is frustrating.as for me mobile is easier to play as I’m always on the move or at work so something to do on my lunch break. For the Past 3 days, I repeat 3 DAYS!!!! Jagex has been doing absolutely nothing to fix their app, I've missed out on many hours of game time and their response is purely a of Bull. How about some reassurance to your Customers/Community we Spend $$ for an App that doesn't work half the time. Assure us that you're doing something and are aware. Give us a time ETA of when your hoping to fix this but PLEASE DO NOT have these nimwits whom know nothing at all to send us to a random page that is irrelevant at this time. We want ACKNOWLEDGMENT not a ROBITIC FORUM Person who knows absolutely NOTHING. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

As most of mobile users, me as well already felt the crash/bug of system which doesn't connect to any server even tho I believe everyone tried wifi and/or their mobile data to access OSRS but it does not seem to make any difference. Im well aware that Jagex team already knows about this issue and stated at their page that they are fixing that, but we don't have info if problem is found and if it is, when we can expect it to be fixed. I lose ability to connect at evening ish time and can connect like 5am i guess. Personally i do not use €/$ to buy membership, but i would still want the time that im not able to access the game which is Jagex fault to be not counted (when not able to connect due to this mobile issue). Imagine paying for membership and not being able to access any server for who knows how long and know that your money is wasted just like that. Most of us if not everyone would like to know when it is going to be fixed and hoping it doesn't effect game as much since you can use mobile almost everywhere.

Im not sure if this works but i've been told that re-installing the OSRS app on IOS fixes the issue, but sadly im android user and can't surely tell if it works, tried it on my android but doesn't work.

Hope you all gonna be able to access OSRS and Jagex gonna fix it soon hopefully.

3 Days of Jagex completely disregarding complaints for their community

3 Days of Jagex avoiding an issue that is affecting thousands of paying customers.

This speaks volumes to the integrity of Jagex as a company. I have been a loyal customer since 2005 and I truly expected more from you. This is exactly why companies like Blizzard wipe the floor with Jagex. There's a lot more than the app that needs to fixed, I'd suggest starting with customer engagement.

I have been able to access mobile by going to runescape website by going to manually selecting world and click on a server was told aussie...but now after several attempts of doing so it's still not working...u have to have app closed when you do this...maybe try yourselves and you'll have better luck..but as I have said I've been doing this for past hr now..and before it worked when mobile first crashed...but idk I just dont see how mods can ignore our post...I also dont understand how my method was working and now it is not...atleast for me...please jagex fix this you've opened a door for people to connect with mobile now and you cant just ignore your paying customers...

Funny my previous post on this threat on page 11 or 12 was removed because I mentions a working method and said if it helped u could donate...a mod of course took down because it wasnt "free advice" but didnt make comment on the issue at hand..sad ..the community needs some kind of reassurance that the issue is being worked on or something..but as of yet still nothing..what is this madness
