For the Past 3 days, I repeat 3 DAYS!!!! Jagex has been doing absolutely nothing to fix their app, I've missed out on many hours of game time and their response is purely a of Bull. How about some reassurance to your Customers/Community we Spend $$ for an App that doesn't work half the time. Assure us that you're doing something and are aware. Give us a time ETA of when your hoping to fix this but PLEASE DO NOT have these nimwits whom know nothing at all to send us to a random page that is irrelevant at this time. We want ACKNOWLEDGMENT not a ROBITIC FORUM Person who knows absolutely NOTHING. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
