What is the issue?: Audio Issue / Laggy audio
Where is the issue?: When using a Bluetooth speaker the audio gets choppy and does not play smoothly.

What is the issue?: issues on game with switching between WiFi and cellular, logs you out of the client which is annoying as I had a cannon and had to restart the client forgetting which world I was on 😣

What is the issue?: When having private chat not in the chatbox but below it, it overlaps with the motherload mine sack amount. It is not viewable the amount in the sack to collect.

Does restarting the client fix the issue?: No it's an overlay issue with private messages.

What is the issue?: kings ransom quest courthouse segment, the cutscene begins and you can proceed through the initial dialog but once you call your first witness to the stand there are no click able options and you are unable to open menus or log out.
Where is the issue?: courtroom basement of seers village jail
Does restarting the client fix the issue?: restarting the client returns you to the jail as if you had logged out but does not solve the issue.

I hope this helps! I've done a wide range of testing on the mobile platform and have had zero issues whatsoever from high apm activities such as barrows while pray flicking to tick manipulation skilling and everything feels fantastic. Keep it up dev team!

Cannot load the courthouse part in kings ransom dialog startd and when you call a suspect it stops cchat and freezes. This should be looked into asap Mobile is my only source of playing runescape also you cannon access bond bag to get bonds bouch on thr jagex store.

Kings ransom cutscene in the courthouse will not let me continue. Really would like finish this quest I've tried restarting over and over and talked to the npcs over and over still not letting me continue. Please help..

What is the issue?: Desert Treasure Quest, using the mirrors does not show the locations of the diamonds in ther mirror. the "mirror image" does show in any of the side tabs you have open eg. Inventory on the right or combat style on the left.
