I guess next Happy Hour will be around:

03:00-04:00 Game Time --> (3AM - 4AM) --> 10pm-11pm central time (us)
03:00-04:00 Game Time --> (3AM - 4AM) --> 11pm - 12am - Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

Correct me if I'm wrong about times.

OK, WTF????? I'm standing here on world 83 waiting for Happy Hour which is now 29 minutes late and someone just said that a mod on Twitter said Happy Hour would be delayed 2 hours????? How about a freakin' announcement in game or somewhere people not on Twitter can hear about this??? And how do we know the person who said this is even telling the truth??? Jagex, get your act together please. I have now wasted over 3 hours total over the last few days just standing here waiting for Happy Hour. I'm NOT a happy camper. You think I have nothing better to do than just stand here with no dang information. WHAT EVENT EARLIER????????
