Now that the happy hours are automatically started since the J-Mods assigned to hosting the events had trouble being punctual, does this mean the J-Mods that were supposed to host the happy hours will no longer have to attend the events, making it impossible to get event cards?

I think the automation of the start times was probably more so for consistency when IRL setbacks come up. I haven't been to one of the happy hour events since yesterday, but I imagine it's still possible that JMods could come along to give out event cards.

NONE of the English World Times work for me at all....

NONE of the Other Language worlds are EVER Listed when I want to got there.
(Not on the world list no matter if I want to hop from inside the game Or by a Lobby jump)

You have to change your client's language and restart it for the foreign worlds to show up.

You hope a Jmod shows up and is feeling generous. Now that they're automated, your best chance is probably a weekday foreign happy hour, as those mods tend to show up more often. (Be polite. Don't insult the country, and don't aggressively demand cards.) Truth is absolute.

Worlds 81 (F2P), 82, 83, 84, 85 & 88 will be the "official" worlds for Happy Hour events on English Worlds.

English Worlds 81 (F2P) 82 & 83, 84, 85 & 88
- 1AM - 2AM Game Time
- 9AM - 10AM Game Time
- 2PM - 3PM Game Time
- 9PM - 10PM Game Time

I think it might be a good idea to clarify that these times are Eastern Standard Time in the U.S. (if this hasn't already been said) Geronimo!

They most definitely are not. They are game time (UTC), as is repeatedly stated. 1:00, 9:00, 14:00, 21:00.

They happen at 9pm, 5 am, 10am, and 5 pm for those in Eastern Daylight Time. Truth is absolute.
