Hello I am having this issue with STEAM. I bought a one month membership and IT WONT SHOW IN MY GAME Steam and Jagex stole my money and I dont know how to get help for this. Thinking of putting the game down all together.

also happening to me, I used to pay using my e-wallet app. it says my payment was successful but my membership didn't push through. when I tried to pay for another subscription. it says you already own this item. please help.

It can take up to 24 hours for a mobile app paid membership to process.
If you paid through Google Play, the membership might need to be "collected" through the in-game store.
There is some troubleshooting on the Mobile payment issues support page.
