Membership not working

Hello,

I’m having problems with my membership, money has left my account for a 1 month subscription earlier today at around 1:00pm but I still can’t access member worlds or objects and my account says I am not a member although I have paid for it.

I paid for it through the iOS App Store and the payment was instantly successful but when I logged on no membership.

I’ve tried to re-log on mobile and pc however it still doesn’t show as a member but also won’t allow my to buy membership, when trying on the pc it says it is unavailable to me and says the same on mobile.

Some assistance would be much appreciated as I am just returning to osrs after not playing for a while and tbh am not having much fun lol

Hey there,

It's showing on the forums a membership start date of June 2021, so I'd recommend checking the Account Settings page and see what it reports on the right-hand side regarding your membership status.

Also, the Community Led Payment Support forum is going to be the best place to continue to receive support with this. I'll see about getting a moderator to move this there for you.

Hello,

Thanks for your help with this, it says on the right hand side of the screen attempting payment but the money has already left my account and I have received a message from Jaggex that it has been received and my account updated.

And thank you for seeing if the moderators will move my problem, this is my first time posting on here lol

From the Common Mobile Payment Issues article in the Support Centre:
Original message details are unavailable.
- When you make a purchase through Google Play / Apple it can take up to 24 hours for the membership to be added to your account.
- If you've purchased membership via Google Play / Apple but are unable to log into members world hold tight your membership will be added shortly.
- If you've waited more than 24 hours check your other accounts (including Game Center) to make sure you didn't purchase your membership on the wrong account by mistake.

Hey there,

I’ve literally tried everything I can think of and it just keeps saying I’m not a member, I’ve even logged into a Game Centre account (which I never had before) to make sure the membership didn’t go on that but it didn’t, my account just isn’t a members account for some reason

If it is helpful I can screen record or screen shot on my mobile what it says? It literally won’t let me buy membership because I “already have an active membership subscription” but still says my account isn’t a members account

Yeah exact same childish display name, I’ve checked that forum yesterday, I’ve contacted jaggex support just waiting for them to reply, if nothing happens after 24 hours have passed since I purchased the membership and if it still doesn’t work I’m not sure what I’ll do

Hello, I still can’t access any membership activities. I have contacted Apple support and asked that they revoke my subscription and refund it so that would mean that my account no longer has access to membership because they are refunding the payment.

Do you know if this will work as I am starting to lose hope, jaggex support is taking so long to reply via email and I just want to play lol
