Would be nice if one of the support people would bring it to the attention of a mod. I’ve noticed from other threads that they are able to when they want to do so.
As this is happening frequently, it should be fixed before it happens to too many others.
Then you have another backlog.
Well I just logged into game and found I was no longer a member. I also found myself at Lumbridge. (I was not there when I logged off last week.)
I then called my bank and discovered Jagex had refunded my $89.99 payment. (I was charged 72 cents for this transaction.) QUESTION: Was I suppose to have paid $99.99???
Now I'm wondering what to do as I don't want this to occur again; and I do still want the "Gold Premier Club" membership. I also would like it for a full year so I can stop worrying about membership as I have been doing the last few months.

I clicked "home" above and it took me to a page where banners were being displayed. When "Premier Club" banner came up I clicked the "Buy Now" and it took me to a page where "gold" membership was advertised at $89.99 with a "Buy Now" button, which I clicked.
Received the following:
"Thank you for your purchase
Display name: Jodie
Purchase type: Credit card
Reference #: (choosing not to display this here)
Premier Club Gold $89.99
Total: $89.99
Return to store"
Seems that is exactly what I had done last time. Have no idea why it didn't work last time. Just hope I had made a mistake and it works right this time.
Time will tell.

Just logged into game. Received message payment received and my membership expires a year from now. Got into "world 52" which is the one only premier club members can get into; so obviously my effort to get the Gold Premier Club membership worked this time. (I must have mis-clicked before is all I can think of.) Anyway nice to know I've got the membership I wanted.
Didn't see the blue star next to my name but did get 2 items in bank that appear useful. One of course has to do with cosmetics which I rarely go in for. Not sure why no blue star in my chat window. Seems my chat window only has one icon that says "all" chat. and it has no right-click options. So have no idea how to get that blue star to show up. I know it is vanity; but having a blue star would be neat!! LOL (I remember years ago when I played I had a silver star...pmod...next to my name and it was soooooo cool . LOL When I resigned way back then just prior to quitting the game, of course it disappeared as it should.) Would be a nice "premier" touch to have a blue star showing in chat for me. Oh dear! Vanity! Vanity! All is vanity! ROFL
Found myself in world 52 wondering what to work on now that I don't have to worry about membership. LOL Guess I'll find something!

How do I enable the chat badge in-game?
The chat badge is available to Gold Premier Club users and is a great way of showing off your loyalty to the game and can be enabled by clicking the ‘more options’ button (cog icon) in the chat window, and toggling the chat badge on.
You stated, "...can be enabled by clicking the ‘more options’ button (cog icon) in the chat window, and toggling the chat badge on..."
I don't have a "cog icon" in my chat window.
I'm wondering if maybe my having all my windows "locked" in place is causing these "options" to be unavailable for me. Next time I get in the game I'll check that out. (I remember locking all the windows because, somehow, my abilities bar got shortened so badly it did not work for me and it took me forever to get it back...Have no idea how I got it back as I doodled with it every which way I could think of at the time. Thus, when it did return I locked the windows. Now when I pull up different windows for my backpack (like the abilities for each fighting style) I have to unlock this in order to see a red "x" that will permit me to close that little window.
Still a lot in this game that I'm constantly learning from when I last played way back those many years ago, i.e. over 5 yrs for sure.
