well it's the same Darkgraal for both but infront has Yt'harr bc of the quest

also when i go on cpu the benefits and upgrade says i have active recurring sub and on phone i look in the market place i click on shop the membership say you already have a an active membership subscription

i might uninstall game on both again and also subscription on both too

i have 2 other account but the names are different . when i login to them i use the username for them not email or other login

on 1 of them i cant login to jduka7 bc pw bc i have 3 account ( i think that jduka7 was on the same google with darkgraal

Okay what I might suggest you try is signing completely out of everything (actually clicking logout), and then logging into the account you're trying to do this on with the Jagex login and password. Not using 3rd party login, but manually typing the information in & see if the same thing happens.

also when i go payment.jagex it goes to old internet browser but when i copy and paste to my new one it says under the membership
You are not eligible for any items in this category

I changed browser also i did unsub will re sub after 24 hours

i'm having the same issue i used a bond and its refusing to activate it i can only get into free worlds it says i have mebership but can't get into a membership world.

it seems to be i can't log into a membership world for another 5 days because i have to activate it with a code with fresh start worlds which is when i can activate it its annoying.

this is what it said....

To redeem your code, YOU MUST MAKE SURE to log into your Fresh Start Worlds account before redeeming. Once redeemed, the membership will be applied to the account that is logged in. You can see the display name of the currently logged in account in the top right of the code redemption screen.
The code can be redeemed after 26th September 09:00 UTC.

i know what i did i accidently clicked buy fresh start world membership instead of membership packages so try doing it again but read carefully which 1 your clicking.

I am having the same issue. Try to login to a members world and it tells me i must be a member. But im an active member. I have a receipt for membership payment on 0ct. 22nd and haven't been able to play on members. If i try to subscribe to members it says im already an active member. It displays the same thing on the benefits page. Lord Patch
