So I came back to osrs few months ago. Started on rs 3 first before I came back to my old osrs account. But payed for membership from the start. But now I have run into a technical issue with my membership. So I am still registered as an member when I go to buy subscription page or when I try to activate a bond it says I can’t use it cause I am allready a member. But then when it comes to all the rest in game stuff. Like member worlds or items. Anything member related it says I need to be a member to use it. I don’t understand what is going on. Someone that can help me please. Like the items now say members object as it would when u are not a member

Hey I have the same problem with membership its say i have a subscribe on both phone, cpu ( i did use my phone to pay membership it did take money from my google account ) when i put my mouse over member icon it say that i have membership-subscription active but when i click on member world it say need to bee member Darkgraal

I would uninstall it completely from your phone, then reinstall it.

What does the payment say from your payment method? "Pending"? Also, if you look at your account settings page, what does it say about your membership status?

From my view, you have the forum badge which means you should be able to use member features.

my membership ended 8-4 / i payed on account 8-5 about 3 hours of the game clock

i did look at payment it said attempting payment
when i look at upper left of main site page it say not a member for rs 3

Here is a message

We call this ‘Unpaid Balance

I had the same problem. My question is did you buy your membership from google play store? Was it a recurring membership? If so, go to play store/payments and subscriptions/ subscriptions. Then unsubscribe and resubscribe from there. That's how my problem was resolved.
